“Great stay”
Comfortable stay, great hotel and really friendly staff. Great location for old and new town. Rooms comfortable, and food always freshly cooked. Hotel amenities perfect for a holiday or a business trip. All staff helpful at all times. Will continue to visit and recommend.

“Brilliant holiday”
We had a lovely trip. Stayed in a family room with 3 beds, beds were comfortable and we all slept well. Hotel is spotless and clean, with all staff so friendly and approachable. Special thank you to Jose and Pepe in the dining room who were just wonderful.

This hotel is stylish was very pleased when we came off the bus and saw the hotel.Was very impressed with the inside of the hotel.We stayed on the 7th floor our rooms were clean and very smart.Rooms were cleaned every day and bed changed after 3 days.There was plenty of selection in the restaurant … more
This hotel is stylish was very pleased when we came off the bus and saw the hotel.Was very impressed with the inside of the hotel.We stayed on the 7th floor our rooms were clean and very smart.Rooms were cleaned every day and bed changed after 3 days.There was plenty of selection in the restaurant at breakfast and evening meal the Gala night selection was brilliant I don't know how anyone can complain about the food.Bar was nice but needs a bit more choice on the pumps.Entertainment was geared for the Spanish but to be fair there wasn't a lot of English at the time we were there.Staff were good.Jet2 rep very pleasant and helpful.

Well located hotel close to shops, old town, beach and bars. Room was clean and bright, really comfy beds. Staff were friendly, bar area was nice and drinks and food reasonably priced. Well located hotel close to shops, old town, beach and bars. Room was clean and bright, really comfy beds. Staff were friendly, bar area was nice and drinks and food reasonably priced. There is music entertainment in the evening. There is an all year round pool and gym. We"d have liked better quality Loo paper and replenished daily tea/coffee/milk supplies in room but other than that we were very satisfied.

“Second Solo Trip”
This was my second visit to Benidorm in 4 months and the Hotel Benidorm.Plaza did not disappoint. Spotlessly clean hotel. Clean towels everyday and plenty of hot water. Food also was very good. Amazed people did not use the heated pool. A lot of Spanish in the hotel and sometimes the noise was off putting. Putting that to one side. I was on third floor and it was mostly quiet. Some building work going on which did not bother me because I was out everyday. Internet signal very weak in room. Better in reception. Also on few times I turned TV on, reception again poor. All in all very pleasant stay with great location.
