“Good value for money in a 4 star hotel environment”

I had a Premium room on a high floor (15) which was very spacious and with fantastic views. Enjoyed the pool and the animation team too ! I had a Premium room on a high floor (15) which was very spacious and with fantastic views. Enjoyed the pool and the animation team too ! I had B&B so can only comment on the breakfast which had a wide variety and good quality. Other board options are available such as All Inclusive. Mixed reviews on the hotel team; some are friendly and helpful but some are unfortunately rather abrupt and could use some customer service training.

“Lovely Levante”

Myself and my wife Susan have recently returned from a short break at this hotel and these are our thoughts. We booked 4 nights on a half board basis , upon arrival were quickly booked in and allocated our room which was on the 12th floor on a corner which offered an extended balcony with great views of Benidorm,s skyline plus the mountains at the back of us. For the first two days the restaurant was very quiet with only one section being open , however this then changed with the full restaurant open which helped to create a holiday type atmosphere , more to our liking .The food itself was ok , with a reasonable choice , however the best part for us was the bacon served at breakfast which we both found delicious. What did surprise however was the Buena Vista apartments and the pool area with the lovely grounds, most mornings we went there after breakfast just to relax on the sunbeds, although we never got in the pool ( too cold ) it looked lovely and ther was of course the indoor pool as another option. We both enjoyed our stay at this hotel and when next in Benidorm would certainly consider staying here again.

This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel and we have never had a problem with it unfortunately this time we arrived and the weather was good and warm but the hotel had informed us that they had switched off the air conditioning due to other guests complaining that it was cold it was during the day it was 27 28 degrees and our room was stifling I did go down to reception and complained and they gave us a fan which did help a little bit but it's really wasn't the same as aircon. I was going to book I treatment at the spa I went over and spoke to the reception lady in the spa when I told you what treatment I would like she rolled her eyes and said that she had no appointments for that day but I could come the next day quite frankly I didn't like her attitude so I decided against booking any treatments. We also felt like the quality of food had changed from our last visit that didn't seem to be as much of a selection as before and breakfast food wasn't particularly hot more lukewarm. The housekeeping team with were great they kept the room clean tidy . Would we come back we're not sure we're going to have a think about it.
