“Great stay”
This was my 2nd stay at this hotel, and another amazing stay. When I arrived I was really early but was able to check in straight away. There was a small issue with cleanliness but reception took swift action and I was moved. All of the staff were always really friendly and helpful. Special mention… more
This was my 2nd stay at this hotel, and another amazing stay. When I arrived I was really early but was able to check in straight away. There was a small issue with cleanliness but reception took swift action and I was moved. All of the staff were always really friendly and helpful. Special mention to Pedro and Albert in the bar, and Joni and Mar from the animation team. I have worked with great animation teams in the past and I was particularly impressed at how they can engage the guests given its adults only and out of the summer season, they took time to make sure everyone knew what was on and how to get involved. I do think the restaurant is short staffed as the waiting staff seemed a bit stretched as one night I didn’t have a drink with my meal, but still can’t thank the staff enough for the amazing job that they do.

“Nice hotel with friendly staff”
Late arrival and the lady on reception was so lovely. Check in was easy. The room huge with big comfy bed, bath and separate shower.Lots of wardrobe space with fridge under the desk. Big balcony. Covered heated outdoor pool and bonus of spa. Food was average. Staff were wonderful.

“Brilliant stay”
First time staying here and will not be the last .Hotel clean .We stayed b&b and the breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice in a spotless clean restaurant.The staff in this hotel ,from reception,restaurant,bar and cleaners are the friendliest we have met in Benidorm

This was our first visit to Benidorm a few weeks ago in January. You could not fault the Hotel in any way, The Cleanliness of the Hotel, the Spacious room sizes and the Quality of the food and the friendliness of all the staff. In fact we liked it so much that we are returning in February with friends that also have never been to Benidorm after our recommendation. Would thoroughly recommend this Hotel to everyone. So looking forward to seeing you all again.

“Okay stayed at better”
Lovely clean hotel nice rooms food was nice bar service sometimes no one there reception staff good tho one was quite argumentative explaining that the temperature of a mini fridge should be between 14 and 16 degrees ours wasn’t getting cold , sadly ill not go back no air con not available in winte… more
Lovely clean hotel nice rooms food was nice bar service sometimes no one there reception staff good tho one was quite argumentative explaining that the temperature of a mini fridge should be between 14 and 16 degrees ours wasn’t getting cold , sadly ill not go back no air con not available in winter months tho on arrival our room was red hot and even with doors open didn’t cool that much - basic for us is a kettle something you get in the cheapest b&b you can find but not in our room so just a few little niggles stopped me rating this a great experience and will prevent me booking again
