This was one of the best hotels I’ve been to in Benidorm. It was continuously kept clean and the food had an amazing range to it even the fussy eaters on our group always had something to eat throughout the day. The rooms were clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly. However, I don’t think our holiday would have been as enjoyable if it wouldn’t have been for the entertainment team ma and Johnnie! They were absolutely fantastic and tried their hardest everyday. They were the highlight of our holiday and would book again to come back to the same hotel because of their energy and enthusiasm! They got everyone involved and enjoying themselves definitely the hidden gem within the hotel. I will be and have been recommending this hotel to people.

“Great base”

Good location plenty of bars and restaurant and supermarkets across the road. About a ten minute walk to the centre. If you go left when you come out the hotel you will find the big supermarket Masymas much cheaper than the others and a large Farmacia. Hotel is very clean, my twin room was big ... more

Good location plenty of bars and restaurant and supermarkets across the road. About a ten minute walk to the centre. If you go left when you come out the hotel you will find the big supermarket Masymas much cheaper than the others and a large Farmacia. Hotel is very clean, my twin room was big and a big bathroom and huge balcony. Can be a bit noisy for a while at night until the bars close but I slept very well. Pool bar is very reasonable and plenty of sun loungers. Music played at the pool which was good. Staff are very pleasant. Overall a good base for Benidorm.

The food was a 5 out of 10 at best... by day 3 It was getting to me , 4 and 5 where slightly better for the seasonal celebrations ( which shows they are full aware of the situation ) but still didn't want the food to touch my taste buds. 6, 7 and 8 I was sick to death of the same food to the point i would shove it down so i was not hungry , trying to block out the taste . Same starters and deserts , same breakfast every single day ( a fair selection though but u could see it was all on the cheap ) ... mains where all the same aswell, apart from they would change 4 dish's a day. Bland and over salted and wired tasting ( probably because they had to cater for a wide variety of needs so keep it basic ) ... I got the runs for the last 4 days and then became very sick the last two to the point stayed in bed ... only eat out once... it could have come from the chines buffet that looked unclean when I looked at the kitchen floor under the curtain after the meal , but food at hotel was luke warm so I will never know. The spar jets where very gentle in all areas of the facility downstairs so complete waist of money ( and I've used many) u had to wear foot and head wear so feeling sexy in that . Massager s by staff where good enough but they play really loud music so drown out the noise of the spar and I hear the same song play 6 times in just over an hour ... crap song too. Staff and hotel where great. Hotel in itself was lovely and a pleasure to stay in . Half the plane come home with a cough which included some from my hotel. Asked others holiday makers and no one liked the food . Great location apart from the rock and roll bars musicing being so loud the one night and I was on the 18th floor and I could sleep. Lovely views. Anything u could need was close by. Pharmacy and supermarket within two minutes . Drinks where good . Had basic pool side entertainment and didn't see much going on at night but I was out alot. Find a cook with a passion for cooking, turn up the pressure in the spar and you d have an amazing hotel . I hear that alot of hotels food quality has gone down since covid. So if we give them support then hopefully they can afford better quality in some areas.

Booked this hotel for a couple of nights for my husband’s birthday. Decided to splurge on a suite, the one the hotel uses for this listing. We travelled with a friend who took the other suite. We both experienced a litany of problems. Jacuzzi bath that spewed out black crap, a shower trap that was blocked and led to a flood, a patio door that was unsafe, an aircon that didn’t work, the list goes on. Our friend’s experience was so bad she had to move rooms. Rather than share our experiences in an open forum, I contacted the hotel directly, three times. No response. This was more disappointing than our stay. My top tip for anyone booking the hotel. Do not book the 2 suites in the main hotel. They are infrequently used and poorly maintained. Instead book the Deluxe Club with kitchenette. These are located in a newly renovated building.
