“Skyline Gemelos 22”
Was on the 28th floor, what a fabulous view of Benidorm. The Skyline apartment was very roomy, which suited our party of 3 couples. The gentleman in charge was very helpful and attended our needs. Was very good value for the price we oaid. We would certainly recommend this apartment.

“Nice location & facilities but spoilt by tyrant-like life guard”
We booked our stay at Gemelos 22 via Siroco who were really helpful both via their website and at the office on-site. We booked our stay at Gemelos 22 via Siroco who were really helpful both via their website and at the office on-site. The room was great and the facilities were exactly as we expected, as we had 'scouted out' this apartment block on a previous visit to Benidorm plus friends had stayed there too. As with other reviews about Gemelos 22, it's the main lifeguard who spoils it for many staying there - it is his little fiefdom, and boy does he rule it like a tyrant. From cozying up to the group of Spanish apartment owners, taking payment to reserve the ‘best beds’ for people and pretending beds are broken for people who he takes a dislike to, only to miraculously find some extra beds for others, we watched it all. As tourists go, we are pretty chilled out. We have no desire to get the ‘best sunbeds’ at 6 in the morning, nor do we need any spots right next to the pool to keep an eye on the little ones, we’re happy just to get some beds later in the day - but even we had a few run-ins with him where we seemingly broke his set or made up rules. It is clear from the interactions this guy has with people is that he really dislikes the tourists, but he obviously relies on them for his livelihood because everybody pays him for sunbeds every day, so he does his job begrudgingly. With his behaviour he really spoils it for many and when he clocks off for the day the atmosphere around the pool visibly changes and feels a lot more relaxed. This is one nasty individual so I would advise you to keep your interactions with him to a minimum and you will have a nice time.
