What a great week we had at the flamingo beach resort. The hotel Is lovely and clean the staff are fantastic. I am coeliac so needed Gluten free Options which are available on request. One idea could be if they just put a SG label on the food labels then you know what is gf without asking and also a separate toaster by the microwave to toast bread for gluten free people x

Like all holiday destinations you do get mixed reviews but we are fussy and are quick to criticise but honestly this hotel was great. On the 4th floor not too high but our room was good, couldn't criticise. Food we thought was excellent with a vast choice every day and well presented. Staff very friendly and polite. Yes 10 min walk from old town but travel very cheap. Will definitely be returning here.

On the whole, this was a very good hotel. The rooms were very large and clean the bathrooms on the small size but did the job there was a kettle to make drinks only suppled coffe on the first night but you could go down to the bar and pick up more if needed,there was a fridge and aircon which was very good the bed made everyday also the towels changed. You have three pool areas to choose. You might struggle for a bed in the height of season, The drinks where what you expect from an all-inclusive top shelf drinks where not to bad a price. The food was fresh every day, the menu turn around was only for a week, but there was enough to choose from, so you have so something different every day.

We arrived here last Wednesday around lunchtime. We were quickly through reception and went to our room on the 14th floor. Very spacious and clean. The bathroom could be bigger but we managed. After a pleasant lunch we found our way around. There's three outdoor pools one for all inclusive people then there's a larger pool and a pool next door in the premium block. It's all very clean and the staff are very nice except the male receptionist. The lady receptionist in the afternoon is lovely and helpful. As we have mobilty issues John hired a double scooter. It was 170€ for the week we found out a shop down the road they're 90€ for week still it was done and we've sure got out and a out from one end of benidorm to the other end but please don't go up hills on them they stop but there is a reset button that helps. A lovely bunch of English lads came to our aid and made sure we were OK and cheered when we drove off. The Spanish people don't seem to like walking straight they meander and eventually let you pass. Would I come back here no the meals are pork based and its the cheap pork. We had lamb chops once and beef slices but we've not starved. The entertainment is poor Pedro Bloom being the best last night. He's based at Uncle Peds and would be well worth a visit he's talented. Early departure tomorrow can't get anything to eat at the dining room opens at 8.00am and there's no chance of a sandwich so the hotel has gained 2 breakfasts and the cost to stay here it should be flexible to at least be able to get something to travel back home on. Would I come back no although its for adults there are quite a few very loud young men and ladies who don't know how to respect others. Plus two couples of older people who couldn't stop drinking Tony a waiter is super he's always cheerful.
