These apartments for location in the old town are great the stairs are not for anyone with any mobility issues especially if they are allocated floors 3 or 4 on the hole had a great stay breakfast is really good and something for everyone and would definitely stay here again we didn’t have an issue with noise from the street below plenty restaurants and bars just outside the apartments and a view of the sea the maids were very hardworking and rooms were cleaned every day nothing was a bother reception staff were really polite and helpful.

Fabulous welcome kind and warm lady receptionist Spotless accommodation The best shower ever Yes it’s basic but great value with a superb breakfast included Location as stated 50 yrds from beach Do not hire a car no where to park in Benidorm

Let’s start “”””all the good points and negatives points Arrived on 22nd late. Flight Checked in at main hotel and met with a warm welcome and offered a late selection of food We were given room 2 A second floor and we knew from previous reviews there are stairs we had a 23 kg suite case and I really struggled due the steepness and narrowness We were warned with a few huffs and puffs got to the room Positive. impressed lovely clean room microwave kettle /hob /and safe /tv and perfect hot water shower air-con The room service is really spot on every day new clean towels and beds made up and the Beds are really comfortable Negative - If your looking for quiet sleep this place is not the place to stay as it’s very noisy in the evening Positive If you are not worried about the noise This place really is the place to be everything is happening bells ringing People having fun bin men deliver drivers it’s full on The apartment is perfectly situated in old town a stone throw from the beach And a two minute walk to shops and bars Perfect location Would we stay again definitely yes we now know about the stairs 🙈

I'll start with the positives, view of the sea from the balcony was nice and was a lot closer than I expected. Beds were very comfortable and the Aircon was good (after swapping the dead batteries in the remote control for the TV remote batteries!) Now the negatives. Although the room was cleaned every day we never had clean towels during our 4 night stay, they were just folded and placed back on the towel rail. Our cups and glasses were never washed (no washing up liquid or sponge provided to wash them ourselves). The shower was very powerful but left a big puddle on the floor every time we used it, due to the shower curtain not stopping water running over the tap end of the bathtop. Also it felt like the shower curtain was trying to eat us as it just sticks to you as you're showering! Hob was in the room but no pans or utensils to cook with! We had opted for half board, and you have to go to a hotel around the corner to eat. We had breakfast the first morning but never ate there at all after that as the breakfast was inedible, with very little choice! The 'restaurant' was tiny, you go downstairs into what feels like a cave with artificial lighting, it was very cramped and noisy, and as the only English people there felt very unwelcome by the Spanish guests. We were also put off eating our evening meal there after upon check in we were told that we pay for our drinks when we check out, no option to pay as we drink. Stairs up to the apartment are very narrow and steep, not much fun with a 20kg suitcase!
