“Fantastic!”

Had an amazing stay in room 402 (deffo recommend!) basically like staying inside ikea - fully working air con and fairy lights on the balcony plus a beautiful bathroom!! Disclaimer: the only channel you can watch on TV is disney, so if you like bluey your in for a treat ;)

Hotel in very good location Straight across from beach, 3 beaches to choose from calvia beach was the best, better sand.hotel it’s self is very clean , spotless in fact , Pool I would say not that big , think in summer will be a nightmare yes they have plenty of sunbeds but they go quick as folk do get up early and put towels , which happens a lot, folk were putting towels down and going out for the day then coming in later straight to a bed which in my eyes is wrong ,, there is table and chairs round the pool too . Rooms -we can’t complain ours was lovely over looking castaways pub, yes I can imagine it will very buzy and noisy in the summer months most definitely, the room came with tv , fridge , hairdryer,shampoo,body wash, little packets were a nice touch with a razor in, a sponge, and some earbuds.shower was great very powerful fantastic,beds were comfortable sheets and towels changed daily.balcony with table and chairs too . Entertainment— nothing to write home about it was just average what we seen was not that good (we did win bingo bottle of fizz ) left for cleaner .the hotel does have a few games through the day You don’t have to join in if you don’t want to Bar- bar staff we can’t complain yes you do have to pay for some beers and cocktails but your shown what ones are included (yes bar doesn’t open till 11am ) which could put folk off as I know one of our party like a lot of tea and coffee in the morning. Restaurant _ well for us the best meal by far was breakfast you name it they had it, full English breakfast,pancakes, bread, yogurt,fruit,beautiful pasties which were lovely Lunch and dinner were sadly a let down yes there was someone to eat but most the same every day , one day we had mussels but sadly not cooked properly, we had prawns but only a bowl of 4/5 where in a 4star hotel you would expect a big bowl of them to pick your own One day we had steak but to be honest if you can ask for steak ask for well done, we stood in a line for our steak freshly cooked , but when we got it back to table and cut it it still had blood oozing out, so we left it, which is a shame if they cooked stuff longer than they do it would of made a massive difference, restaurant staff worked their backsides off they really did One of our party was gluten free users and to be honest not much for them to eat , we had to ask for gluten free bread in the mornings which they accommodated, then every morning when we walked in she would bring the bread out from the kitchen. Lift To be honest we only seen one !maybe there was another one but it’s not very big at all fits 4in,, 2with cases , could be a nightmare in summer months Grounds Beautiful very impressive also out cleaning picked leaves etc watering plants etc , hotel does have a car park on site too . Walks Palma nova beach 3mins walk , about10mins into magaluf, plenty of pubs shops etc A couple of baccy shops too (for all important fags) You can walk from one end of one beach to the other in total there is 3main beaches, beware we walked the 3rd one but could get to the next only way was up 101steps 😱 we were knackered,, we found the beach where the metal statue of a heart is the best beach much softer on your feet. Buses there are tons of then taking you to Palma city)25mins Santa ponsa 12mins both worth a visit We got a bus to Palma but we got a taxi back. 24euro and it was much quicker too (party of 4) The best supper market is if you come out hotel cross the road stay on the left all the way walk to the top on supper market is on the right hand side prices very reasonable too I bought a big tray of huge prawns I paid 1.71euro about£1/50 I got them back to my room 15 huge prawns in total wow best I’ve had in awhile Definitely worth a visit . Well I won’t bore you any more I think I’ve covered most things Oops for got you can hire a pool towel for 10euros but you get it back at the end of your stay which is a good idea . Overall a good stay Beautiful hotel Food massive let down for 4star hotel Entertainment average Room’s beautiful Staff friendly Prime location Would I rush back (honestly no) I didn’t think it personally was value for money as it wasn’t cheap for the time of year ) And I think in the summer the dining room and pool areas will be absolute nightmare
