“Spot on”

Excellent hotel inside and out, very clean and tidy. Breakfasts were perfect and good choice of food. Food and drink very reasonably priced. Rooms were clean and tidy. Staff were all nice and polite. Great allround really. No complaints what so ever

Good hotel, great location, shame about a few things Hotel clean enough, food not the best but hey you know what to expect Rooms- twice our shower flooded, twice they only sent a member of the cleaning staff to clean, no effort to fix it. Reception staff curt and pretty unhelpful Little bar man is completely out of his depth when busy. Smoking - why allow it, ruins your holiday when they drag on a fag every 10 minutes Location is great, 4 min to the beach, 4 min to the Old town I won't go again because of the staff and smoking being allowed in a hotel that's clearly advertised no smoking

We came for 5 nights and on first impression the hotel is clean and modern, we arrived mid afternoon and could check in straight away, our room was very spacious, really big bathroom with bath and shower, the only thing that wasn’t very good was the air con, didn’t feel it at all and there were a few hot days so I got abit frustrated when trying to get ready etc as it was very warm. On the first morning breakfast was luke warm, we were the first to arrive but we realised as we came later on the other days so it was abit warmer, the choice was fine, standard full English, the juice wasn’t that nice tho, there was a chef that cooked fresh eggs and omelettes but you had to wait for him to appear. The staff weren’t anything special, the poor bar staff were abit more friendly, didn’t sit out by the pool as we had a few rainy days. Can’t fault the location of the hotel tho, a 5 min walk to the beach and bars and restaurants are practically on your doorstep. Probably wouldn’t stay at this hotel again but it was ok for what we needed it for.

We stayed here for three nights at the end of October. Our room was really nice to be fair and the air con in our room worked well. We were in room 611. My daughter & partner stayed aswell but their air-conditioning was rubbish. A few staff on reception were pleasant but one man in particular was very intimidating when I couldn't understand what he meant when checking in. The pool bar was nice but very limited sunbeds where the sun was on the bar level, but were a few scattered on a higher level accessed from steps. When having breakfast no staff spoke to you, they shouted to each other in Spanish across the room, and on each morning we had to wait for the chef frying eggs to come out of the kitchen! His attitude was also rude. Food was Luke warm. Apparently on the day we left they started serving Cava but we never received. My daughter stayed on a few extra days and sent me pics. We ordered an early breakfast as we were leaving before the restaurant opened, we were given a packed lunch in a bag containing cheese & ham sandwiches (after I'd stated no cheese) fruit, water, juice, crackers & jam & a small cake. There is no evening entertainment and comes across much more corporate.
