Stayed at Avenida hotel a few times ,decided to book apartment,big mistake ,the worst place I have stayed in Benidorm.The apartment was dark and depressing,bathroom was just a cupboard awful ,bedroom was on the long corridor,so no window to speak of .The noise level was terrible,shouting and swearing during the night.We did get moved after three days ,that apartment was much nicer ,and not noisy ,if you get a booking in those apartments much better.Would I return,definitely not .On a better note great location.

Perfect location as a family of 5 you g children and two adults when we arrived.we was on two levels 5 and 4 the next day we wanted to change so on the same floor we was looking at brick wall the other apartment was facing the street we do all stay in one we picked the one with better lay out. The apartments come well equipped with self catering items they are clean basic and tidy the staff are helpful and the cleaning staff are lovely. Would I stay here again I would if I could have apartment 501,502, as they have the best layout and views but even though I emailed a year ago its not guaranteed .due to the flooding in spain people had to stay longer .There is brilliant launderette opsite the apartment through an alleyway. This hotel offers suitcase storage, a vending machine in reception is cheep, and a drop-off point is at the Aqua Azul 5 min walk so not a big problem.

Second time to these apartments as we like the location . Near to the beach plenty of bars restaurants and shops . Just take on board the drop off and pick up location is about a 6/7 min walk and if you aren’t sure where they are or it’s dark you might struggle finding them . The apartments are d… more

Second time to these apartments as we like the location . Near to the beach plenty of bars restaurants and shops . Just take on board the drop off and pick up location is about a 6/7 min walk and if you aren’t sure where they are or it’s dark you might struggle finding them . The apartments are dated but are clean. But are clean and the towels and bedding changed every other day We were given a room with a limited view but after asking if we could be moved we got another room the day after with a street view .
