Lovely hotel, a calm oasis in this busy part of Spain. Stayed at this hotel whilst working on an event in February 2024. Overall the experience was lovely. The bedroom I had was incredible. Big, spacious with a big bathroom, lovely to return to after working on the event all day. Unfortunately due to my schedule I didn't have a chance to experience all features of the hotel such as some of the restaurants and spa but overall the food we had during the event was lovely. Sushi was incredible. Introduced my team to Gin Mare & Tonic whilst we were staying, proved to be very popular and love those Spanish measures, don't get those back in the UK! Front of house team very friendly and welcoming. The events team we were working with were extremely helpful and flexible which is always very helpful during an event. Hope to return for leisure not work in the future!

“The perfect hotel for visiting Benidorm ”

I booked this very last minute for myself and my son. We went half board in a superior room for three nights. Unusually for me I only looked at reviews after I had booked and paid for our little getaway. The most recent views are very negative and don't paint a great picture. We had an early flight and arrived at the hotel well before the official check-in time. Our room was ready and we were escorted to our room which was 6101. This is near to most amenities such as the restaurants and pools. Some of the furniture was a bit tired especially for a 5* and a leading hotels of the world 5*. It would have been nice to have usb ports on plugs for example and only 4 hangers each wouldn't have been adequate for a longer stay. The bed was very comfortable and the toiletries were of a high standard, as was the room cleanliness, the outside seating area is large but due to the flora and fauna doesn't exactly get flooded with light. Criticisms over I found all staff to be very helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. I've seen reviews criticising the wifi, I had no issues and I saw multiple access points throughout the grounds. The outside space at this hotel is exceptional, and the care that goes into maintaining everything is clear to see. The pools are beautifully designed and laid out it was great to join the staff in the morning and feed all the fish. As we were visiting out of season, not all restaurants were open , but the food at the breakfast buffet and in the restaurants we used was of a really high standard and the service was good. We had a quick dip in the Zen pool but it did feel quite cool, the main pool isn't heated and we never saw anyone in that. I'd imagine in the height of season the pools would be busy. There's a well run kids club and also a teen club with pool table, darts, table football, ping pong and a PS4. They also have a beach volleyball set up, football pitch, tennis and padel. I believe for the tennis you have to bring your own equipment. Jesus who looks after the kids club deserves a special mention, he was playing football with my son, he had a game of pool with me and is just a great guy, really friendly and a real asset to the hotel. Overall we had a good stay. And there's a good selection of things to do nearby, such as the water park etc. A taxi to Benidorm is around €15 and I would rather stay at Asia gardens than at a hotel in Benidorm. Please don't be put off by the recent negative reviews. I'll be back as the wife had to work so couldn't come and after seeing my pictures and face timing whilst we were there without her she wants to go and experience the hotel herself.
