Absolutely amazing I loved every minute of it staff are amazing and plenty of things to do . Great entertainment and activities, amazing view and lovely rooms , would suggest this to anyone especially with children . Definitely one of my favourite places

Just come back from a 4 night stay here and we had an amazing time. We were a family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers who said it was the best holiday they have had. The food was very nice, even my fussy son had no complaints at all. The staff are all so lovely especially roberto, they were all so friendly and had we had any problems I have no doubt that it would have been sorted. The rooftop terrace was so amazing, lovely and chilled. We never struggled to find a sunbed either despite it being busy. There’s a rule where you can’t reserve sunbeds which is good and it’s enforced too. The hotel is minutes from the beach, shops and bars which is perfect, so close to everything but just enough out of the way to not hear the nightlife. There is a steep hill but was honestly fine and I have health issues that I was a bit worried about but found it to be ok. All in all a perfect little break and would definitely visit again.

We came back from a week away in April and we had the most amazing time Firstly the hotel was spotless The location was perfect the hill is ok once you've done it once or twice. There are shops restaurants pharmacies and everything yiu need within walking distance. The food was lovely there was always something different and a very wide range of food to suit everyone. The hotel staff were amazing kind friendly and helpful. The entertainment staff where to behind ... From the moment they start work they work tirelessly they have so much time and patience with the children. They work so hard and are always ensuring the children have something to do there is never a dull moment they are absolutely amazing. It was our first holiday abroad with the children and it was absolutely amazing the children idolised the entertainment staff especially Cobal he was absolutely fantastic and is a credit to to company. The rest of the entertainment staff were absolutely amazing aswell they deserve so much credit for the hard work they do. All in all our holiday was a solid 10/10 on all aspects I will definitely be coming back. Thank you magic rock 💙

Overall I would say this is a good hotel with lots of pros. I personally don’t think it is overall a 4 star but there are elements that are great. We went big group of us, 24 of us ranging from 7 to 67. Firstly the good points - The location is really good, there is a small but steep hill and then you are on the beach and seafront which is great. The entertainment crew were amazing, there were always stuff going on if you wanted it. My little boy particularly loved cobble- he was fabulous. There were plenty of kids around so my 10 year lad made a load of mates which was great. I also thought the evening entertainment was brilliant too. One of our group was gluten free and they had gluten free beer as part of the all inclusive and were really good in the evenings explaining everything which was a good touch In the snack bar they opened the ice cream bit a couple of times a day which the kids loved, they had plenty of flavours We didn’t have any issues with sunbed, we sat in the bit next to the pool as it had the most sun The rooms were cleaned every day but a bit of a shame there is no balcony, we knew that though before we came. Drinks were quite easy to get. You have to pay 1 euro for a plastic cup and get it refilled, at first the thought of this was a bit annoying but actually it meant round the pool was so clean which was nice - and bug free Some of the negs - The food was ok! There was always something to eat but the food was definitely not 4 star, it was average at best. Breakfast was the best meal we ate out a couple of times You got used to it but the place is like a rabbit warren, you are up and down and sometimes can’t find your way out, lol The slides were good but they were quite lethal, the kids did love them but I think all 10 kids got an injury at some point on the slides, they were a great addition though I am not sure I would return but overall had a great holiday.
