Just had a 6 night stay at palm court. The rooms was very clean got everything you need the only thing i would say is a microwave would be good. Was clean while we were there. The staff are helpful and friendly. The food was really good and reasonably priced. The pool was lovely sun all round the pool bar was not open but you can get a drink or snacks from the inside bar and take to pool. It was quiet round pool to say you are only a street away from the square. Excellent location to the strip and beach. Would stay again.

Stayed in palm court with my 2 daughters and 3 grand children can’t fault it everything was brilliant amazing staff food excellent nice cold beer couldnt keep the kids out of swimming pool rooms basic but very clean can’t wait to go back see you soon

Just got back from 11 days in benidorm stayed at palm court, it was amazing! The rooms wernt as dated as i thaught before we went, it had everything we needed especially ice cold air con, as it was in the 30s for the whole 11 days, the reception staff are amazing, so friendly and took time to ask about us and our lives, the pool bar staff couldnt do enough for us and my 7 yr old daughter, the cleaning staff were also amazing and so friendly! Its litterally a 5 min walk to the beech, the strip is very close by but not close enough that you hear all tje noise from the bars,buddies bar is a 1 min walk away and that was fab too!! The food at the hotel is really good value for money, a big english breakfast for 4.50 euro with a cuppa and fresh orange juice! The drinks are really cheap too, i never usually leave reviews but felt like this place really deserves one!! Its just what we all needed and will bw back next year. The pool is lovely and nobody arguing over sun loungers , we met some fantastic people and families,we all sat round the pool and talkes whilst all the kids played together, it was just so nice , i was expecting alot of hen and stag doos to be staying there but it was mainly families and older couples. The people at palm court work really hard and nothing is any trouble for them. We booked aqualandia and terramittica at reception and got a discount price, we also needed taxis to old town which the staff sorted out and no sooner had they put the phone down it was there. Its a 10/10 from me and my family x

Very good apartments with just a couple of niggles, the rooms are very basic which you can expect considering the price range the rooms are in but it was a shame they have a policy of switching off the air con at the end of September, our room 401 gets the sun all day and was like a sauna when we were there, the temperatures this last week which I'm not complaining about was between mid to late 20's, I even asked if I could pay to get it on but no. Beds very hard but overall we were happy with the room if you need an iron just ask they provided one for us, breakfasts good had one lovely evening meal there chicken filet chips and salad very good value and good quality, alas not the same another night when I ordered fish and chips very poor processed fish straight from a supermarket freezer. Drinks cheap 1.5 euro for a bottle of Estrella, nice pool area but hard plastic flat sunbeds, also pool bar not open. The staff are all friendly and because we had an early flight home before the kitchen was open they provided us with a small packed lunch to take to the airport. One other thing to consider, we booked the holiday independently and when I booked the apartment's they asked if we wanted them to book the transfers, which I thought great one less thing for me to sort out, but and this is not Palm Courts fault the company that did the transfers abas took far to long especially the return transfer, we got picked up 6.30am for a 10.30am flight 4 hours before the flight! for good reason as well it took almost 2 hours for the transfer, it picked up everywhere including over at Finestrat, all my transfers in the past have been under an hour, so will definitely not use abas again. Overall would we stay there again yes without a doubt
