“Would 100% recommend and stay again”
Customer service was amazing. I had to change the dates due to an emergency operation and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. “Recommended. Best views, large rooms”
Negative first. It’s up a hill. Even with the back entrance you still have to walk up a steep hill. You have the best views. The apartments are large and spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped, everything you need is there. Both bathrooms are modern with walk in showers. The living room is large… more
Negative first. It’s up a hill. Even with the back entrance you still have to walk up a steep hill. You have the best views. The apartments are large and spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped, everything you need is there. Both bathrooms are modern with walk in showers. The living room is large and well lite. You have 3 balconies and can catch rays all day long! The staff are wonderful. I had a problem with washing machine (think it was me), they sorted it. A plug was loose, they sorted it. In both cases, within minutes. So if you are okay with the hill, this is a wonderful place to stay.

Stayed here last September 2023 10th floor. We found the apartment fantastic, clean, spacious with great views of Benidorm to the front & nudist beach to the rear view (to high to see any nudists bits) reception was not open but night security man sorted our apartment. (We arrived at 04.30) had such a fantastic time we have booked it again for September 2024. Looking forward to staying again. Price is very good at £69 per night for up to 6 occupants bathrooms are a dated as coloured suits but that said they functioned well never ran out of hot water. Would recommend this place for anyone who is fit as hill is quite steep. There are stairs down to beach at side of cactus hotel & there is a lift from street level accessed by buzzer to right of gates then stairs from pool area to apartment building.

“Brilliant apartments”
The apartments was very spacious clean the only problem was the hill you had to climb, apart from that it was very nice apartments and pool area was fine, nice quiet area , if you have eny health problems I would hire a mobility scooter or taxi ..
