Honest review coming up! Please ignore any of the previous negative comments by people on this site, you literally get what you pay for!!! For the price of a self catering apartment with everything you need in it you really can’t go wrong. Check in was really easy but this is done at the hotel next door Benidorm East, staff were very helpful indeed, explained about the 200 euro deposit and that it sits as charge on your card until you book out and the room has been checked for damages and that you’ve emptied the bins and cleaned the apartment etc…..this is really no hardship, you’d do it at home so why would you not keep the place clean that your staying in on holiday. You’re able to use the hotel facilities including indoor pool, sauna and gym. Also you can use the Restuarant and Bar. Got into the room and there were a few issues such as one door handle was broken and a few scuff marks/stains in the walls, we took a few pictures of these issues and reported them to reception. Next day maintenance had come and put them right, so fair play. Location wise 20 minute walk to the strip and many shops and bars along the way, but that is going downhill!!!! Coming back a different story, if you’re unfit, over weight with breathing difficulties then you are going to struggle a lot! There is a free bus service from the hotel during the day that runs from about 8.30am till 2.10pm then from around 5.10pm till 8.30pm collecting and dropping of from the bottom of the hill near the beach. Or around 5 euros taxi ride each way. Benidorm is what it is, something for everyone! If you want a some affordable accommodation and don’t mind some fitness routines whilst there then use this hotel/apartments, we will be back in sure.

Only small gripe didn’t see a cleaner for the whole stay but not really a big issue plenty of towels supplied etc . For the price we paid it was great value for money . We used the hotel next door which isn’t expensive and had. Great new year there . Would definitely come back . Was 12 of us from 6-63 the hi was a problem for me at 63 coming up but max 5 euro for a taxi no problem.

“Little four day get away”

Don’t be put off by some of these reviews like I was before arriving! The apartments are well equipped, bed was comfortable, view was amazing and if you use them as a base and stick to the rules as common courtesy, you’ll be perfectly fine. Don’t be put off by some of these reviews like I was before arriving! The apartments are well equipped, bed was comfortable, view was amazing and if you use them as a base and stick to the rules as common courtesy, you’ll be perfectly fine. They are up a hill but there’s a shuttle bus to the beach and in all honesty if you’ve got legs that work and don’t need a scooter, the walk isn’t as bad as some whinging people have made out….. did it lots late at night with a cheeky kebab on way home.

Apartments are ok, not the cleanest and could do with a bit more cleaning, under the beds were full of dust and had been left not sure how long but not been cleaned for a while! Our patio doors were a bit dodgy to open and close but we were quite high up so don’t think security would be too much of an issue, the shower would run same time as the bath tap which caused the water to run cold, can only think the reason for this was the double running of the hot water with the shower and the bath tap, didn’t really spend much time in the hotel so can’t comment on the place itself, plus side there is a bus that runs from the hotel down to the beach and back from 10am and finishes around 830pm. We only used this a couple of times as it’s not a bad walk down to the beach from the hotel, bus up is great if you don’t want to walk back up the hill but we walked back up most of the time, there is a €200 deposit that you must pay, as long as you leave the apartment clean and clear your rubbish there’s no problem getting your deposit back, we paid cash as we’d seen a few reviews complaining about not getting deposits back with card payments or taking a long time, we checked out of our apartment, it was checked first before we were given our deposit back, but as said we got it back no problem. Overall room was ok.
