We stayed here when visiting the Llanes/Picos de Europa area. It is near to both the beaches and mountains. Although it is just off the main A8/E-70 autovia there is no road noise. We stayed in chalet style accommodation comprising of a spacious downstairs lounge with comfortable furnishings and a mezzanine level for the bedroom and large modern bathroom. The decor is traditional with a fresh, modern twist. The swimming pool is very welcome after a long hot treck in the mountains. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Food was available in the evening but not until 9pm, this was too late for us so we ate in town. That said when we first arrived the patron kindly made us a meal earlier as we didnt know about the meal times. We loved our stay here and will definately come back.

“Lovely hotel of individual cottages in a great location between the ocean and the mountains”
Hotel made up separate cottages. Great location (provided you have a car) a short drive from Llanes and loads of beaches on one side, and the mountains on the other. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast. All in all a very relaxing place to stay for a few days - recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at La Lluriga last weekend and are so happy we found this hotel. Firstly, the location was beautiful. Surrounded by the Picos de Europa (a 30 minute drive away from the National park) and just 5 minutes from Llanes and the beach! I do think its best for travelers who have a car as it may be a bit hard to get to and from otherwise, and theres free parking on site. They allow dogs on request and charge only 3 EUR/per night and have a very reasonable pet policy. Breakfast is included and is buffet style with toast, croissants, homemade banana bread, yogurt, cereal, fresh-squeezed orange juice and more. The grounds and hotel room were immaculate. It's a truly unique place because each room is located in its own chalet, complete with living room and fireplace for the winter months. The family who runs this hotel is lovely and willing to help with anything you might need during your stay. We will definitely be coming back to this little slice of paradise!

There was a small outdoor pool if it had been warm enough.
