“10 out of 10”
Unbeatable value. This is hard to beat. For us this hotel has never failed to come up to expectations. Great for family lunch and dinner. This time "arroz con bogavante" (saffron rice and lobster). Staff always very helpful. Classic interior decor with touches of local architecture.

Pleasant, clean, quiet and friendly hotel with very easy driving access from the main autoroute and only an easy and safe 5 minute walk into the centre of Llanes. “Would have liked to stay longer”
Graceful old building just 5 mins walk from the main street. Decorated with period furniture. There’s quite a busy street outside but the sound insulation works well and we didn’t hear a thing. Graceful old building just 5 mins walk from the main street. Decorated with period furniture. There’s quite a busy street outside but the sound insulation works well and we didn’t hear a thing. Hot night, no aircon but slept with the windows open. We slept really well. We were only there overnight but would have loved to have stayed longer. The restaurant menu looked good. Lovely views of the mountains and some of the local turn of the century mansions. 200m from the bus station and about 15 mins walk from train station.

Rather old fashioned and characterless, but in a very good location and with plentiful easy parking, some of it shaded. We had a room at the back which was quiet and comfortable and had a large terrace. Breakfast was excellent.

“Excellent location, can't be beat”
When you stay here your in the center of Llanes and perfectly situated to all the beaches. Hotel is ok, they are limited on what they offer such as breakfast, beach towels. But all in all given its location and ample parking it's a great place to stay for the area.
