“Weekend after a week on the motorcycle”

Stayed here after a week on our motorcycle around the Picos mountains, very nice hotel, very clean rooms , nice food on the Buffet, one down side very cold pool , we stayed here on out way back to the ferry , we would stay again .

I went on here to write a review and daveos 1 wrote exactly what I thought so here it is copy and pasted as I was a part of the same group. Only thing to add, having a bigger bike I prefered also to park outside the neighbouring hotel too, that being a lot easier.-----------I stayed at the hotel Suances as part of a larger motorcycle group, I think 60 in total and we were all made very welcome and enjoyed our stay. We were all half board and all meals were buffet style in the 4-star hotel next door, the evening meals were fine but breakfast was just ok . The rooms were basic and the beds a bit uncomfortable but it was excellent value for money via MSL motorcycle tours. The location is great close to the sea with good roads along the coast and to the mountains, with lots to see nearby. I would go again but ask for a bed in the next door sister Gran hotel Suances.----------cheers daveos 1. Oh and just to say wifi limited to bar areas.

“Disappointing”

Arrived on a coach tour stayed 5nights.We booked late and were unable to get in their better hotel next door.However all our meals were in the that hotel and as the weather wasn't too good while we were there we did get wet a few times!!!(Whilst walking between the 2) Our room faced on to the road… more

Arrived on a coach tour stayed 5nights.We booked late and were unable to get in their better hotel next door.However all our meals were in the that hotel and as the weather wasn't too good while we were there we did get wet a few times!!!(Whilst walking between the 2) Our room faced on to the road and was quite noisy but the view wasn't bad.I think the beds were the most uncomfortable we have ever slept in(like sleeping on a board).Not all the staff seemed to enjoy their jobs,however it was clean an tidy.The bar wasn't stocked very well (never heard of gin)so a late night tipple was out of the question. The meals were another matter as i said all served in the bigger hotel.They were very bland ok if you enjoyed salad but always the same choices.Also our meal times were changed most nights and breakfast it seemed just to accommodate other coach tours.A very strange arrangement.All in all we found the food very disappointing the only thing that looked any good were the pastries at breakfast!!!One day when the waitress was topping up the dish of (sort of scrambled egg)she just emptied the fresh egg over what was left in the dish.Also the waiters had no idea on how to clear tables whilst you were eating.This wasn't the worst place we have ever stayed but it certainly wasn't in the top 20!!!!!

“A bit dull .nothing going on”

Stayed for 2 nights band b.room ok clean no entanment in hotel .half way up a very steep hill beach at the bottom town at the top.I wouldn't stay there again if I could help it .it wasn't bad for the price I'd just pay more and stay near the beach
