We stayed at this centrally located hotel, with its attached restaurant and bar, twice recently and have no hesitation in recommending it. The rooms and common areas are spotlessly clean and comfortable. The reception is accessed via a side street whereas the restaurant and bar, normally packed with locals, is in the main avenue. Its interconnected with the hotel and gives a 10% discount to all guests. The staff are very helpful and especially when I needed a dentist Hugo on reception, had me fixed up with an appointment within minutes. Exceptional! Will defiantly book again.

Fabulous hotel in a great location. Easy walk to town centre for shops bars and restaurants. 10 minute walk from bus station. Hotel is spotless and toom is clean, comfy and modern either a huge bed. Plenty of storage space and room cleaned snd towels changed daily. Great restaurant downstairs where you get to eat with the locals. Super breakfast and for evening meals you are offered a 10% discount when staying at hotel. Reastaurant always buzzing. Santander itself was a lovely city with wonderful tapas bars and restaurants and an abundance of shops if that's your thing. Beautiful beaches and views across the bay to snowcapped mountains. Loved our weekend here and thrilled with our choice of hotel. Definitely a 3 star +. Highly recommend

When I booked this hotel I was slightly apprehensive having never stayed in a 2 star hotel. But, I needn't have worried. It was excellent. The room was more than sufficient for my requirements. It was clean and comfortable too. I was room only as I had an early coach departure from the bus station. I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the bus station. It took me 10 minutes to walk. Nearby the hotel is a good choice of bars, restaurants and cafes. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it.

A great hotel in a fab location. We had a good sized room which was comfortable and clean. The hotel offer a simple free breakfast which was much appreciated, and excellent value/price ratio. A great hotel in a fab location. We had a good sized room which was comfortable and clean. The hotel offer a simple free breakfast which was much appreciated, and excellent value/price ratio. We arrived early with a hope to drop off our bags due to our very early flight and were really surprised to be checked in - really kind and thoughtful. At check out, we were able to leave our bags again, nothing seemed to much trouble. What a great team, would recommend a stay here and would visit again. The area surrounding the hotel has many bars and restaurants and it was walkable to the bus station - for us although some may prefer a taxi. We really enjoyed Santander and will definitely return in future.
