We stayed in a one bed apartment in June 2018. The apartment is a bit dated but has everything you need and the basics for cooking (no kettle or toaster). Lovely balcony for al fresco dinners and beautiful and quiet swimming pool and communal area. Free EXCELLENT Wifi. Standards of cleanliness are not the top but you get what you pay for.. Staff are very helpful and nice. At reception you can rent hair dryer, safe keys etc. for very decent prices and borrow free umbrellas for the beach. There are 2 beaches a short walk away as well as the marina with all the bars and restaurants.

This accommodation was excellent value for money. It was comfortable(beds were great) Other guests also commented about this.Also other guests told us they had been back many times. The accomodation was basic and clean..maybe a little tired looking here and there but hey it wasnt overpriced. The pool was amazing and clean ..although a little cold, that is only to be expected at this time of year. Nice and quiet around the complex. To be very honest we really enjoyed our holiday here. The reception staff could not have been more helpful. We had a couple of little problems at the beginning of the holiday and they were dealt with straight away. I think if you have the right attitude ,then so will the hotel staff. They cared about their guests . There is a great shop onsite ,also with very friendly staff and not to expensive. Some great places to eat aswell in Calan Bosh/ San Xoriguer. These apartments are central to everything. Including two nice beaches and restaurants. We will definitely return. One thing to note..is that these apartments do not have a very big reception area..which is fine. If you arrive at night your room number and name(also explaining where your key is) ,along with a map of the complex is pinned onto the small office door. We did not find this very obvious when arriving..but we were very tired. We would like to thank all the staff at the Brisas Playa park apartments for looking after us so well during our stay. we hope to be back soon.

Stayed here September last year as a last resort due to not being able to get in to our usual hotel. for the price, we knew it was going to be very basic. however, on our first day we had no hot water for showers etc, and with reception being closed at certain times it was tricky to rectify. Stayed here September last year as a last resort due to not being able to get in to our usual hotel. for the price, we knew it was going to be very basic. however, on our first day we had no hot water for showers etc, and with reception being closed at certain times it was tricky to rectify. Also had to hire out toasters and kettles...... flash forward to this year and the same thing happened again with having to opt for this apartment complex. Me and my family had our reservations due to the year before, but let me say, what a vast improvement on last year! we have toaster and a big kettle and also a fan at no extra cost. I know it's not much, but it's the little things that make a big difference when self catering. also, you can get a pass for free WiFi and the place looks like it's been spruced up a little. All in all a cheap as chips apartment that gives you everything the more expensive ones do at a fraction of the cost and still within easy reach of absolutely everything! Well done guys for changing my view on these apartments. Glad we gave you a second chance 😊

Stayed 3 weeks September- October 2015. The first thing I have to make clear is this place is budget and not 5*, people complain about no toaster or electric kettle, you can hire these from reception but I took a £5 toaster from Argos, and you can boil water quickly in the microwave, I would advise taking a corkscrew and tin opener. I was in apt16 1st floor and found the bedroom very cold due to the pine trees blocking any heat from the sun getting in to warming it up, it took 3 days with the balcony doors open to get any heat in the bedroom walls there after the apartment as fine. The pool was great although a little cold, again he to the trees blocking the sun, enough sunbeds or all although most go down to the beautiful sandy beaches. Julia's supermarket has everything you will need and more, having weekly special offers, and fresh daily bread and cakes, there is also a good souvenir shop above selling clothes and leather goods as well. WiFi is free with great reception in apartment and around the pool area, you need to get code from receptioniest, do not lose the code as you may need to login again if you go off site. The small marina has lots of lovely restaurants around it, I can recomend the Chinese restaurants special menu couple of doors along from Chaplin's bar. If going on excursions its best to book direct with the organizers for best prices. If you like a peaceful place to stay Las Brisas Playa Park is for you.
