Stayed here for a 7 night break during the summer. The staff were all very friendly and helpful from check-in at reception, the housekeeping, and in the restaurant. We selected a seaview double room with Sea view. The balcony view was amazing. It was so nice to sit on the balcony in the evening and enjoy the view watching the world go by and similarly in the sunny mornings. The room was spacious and comfy. We had breakfast a few days we were there which was lovely, plenty of choice and very tasty, good start to the day. Location was also good for us, just opposite a beach and short walk int9 town for many bars & restaurants. My only negative comment was the pool on the roof, quite small and not many loungers, if you wanted to chill out, and everytime we went there none of the loungers had mats or towels so were quite uncomfortable. However, saying that it had incredible views and with a beach less than 25 metres in front of the hotel, we didn't mind. Would I stay here again if we went back to Sitges, Absolutely we would!!! Also, shout out to the nice man on reception on our checkout day he was so nice and helpful. Also to our housekeeper, who on my birthday, wished me a happy birthday as soon I opened our door to go to breakfast and on our return had left a nice message and treat in our room. Thanks Again

“Slightly dissapointed in our vacation stay.”

This is a nice hotel in a good location. We were somewhat disappointed in our room. We chose a room with a terrace that also looks out at the pool. This is a nice hotel in a good location. We were somewhat disappointed in our room. We chose a room with a terrace that also looks out at the pool. We were led to believe that you could exit the room to go out to the terrace and then also out to the pool. That was not the case. It is not possible to to get to the pool from the room. We paid more for what we thought would be the experience of seeing the see and using the pool, but feel we were misled. You cannot see the sea from the room due to the shrubbery and fencing around the terrace. We overpaid and would have chosen another, lower priced room on the front of the building with a few of the sea, had we known. While we might choose the hotel again, we would not choose that room.

I would have loved to give this hotel 5 starts but some small rooms issues let it down a bit. Let me first start with the excellent service from all the staff I came across at the hotel. I would have loved to give this hotel 5 starts but some small rooms issues let it down a bit. Let me first start with the excellent service from all the staff I came across at the hotel. From reception to breakfast. They were attentive always smiling and tried their best to make you feel at home. I had found the beds too firm for my liking but they tried their best to add softer layers and ensured i was happy with the final result. It is in an excellent location. You seriously could not fault that. Right on the beautiful promenade of Sitges and main beach. Far enough from the busy streets not to be noisy. Breakfast, for the price, was nicely adequate and tasty. It didn't look much at first but had everything you wanted. From cooked eggs (scrambled, fried, boiled), to bacon, sausages and my favourite, smoked salmon, cheeses etc. Lots of sweets and cakes (i didn't try them but they looked way too tempting), to freshly squeezed orange juice machine and a small selection of fruit salad and yogurts. Really decent coffee too. My highlight was the freshly baked loaf of bread which i found a couple of times hot from the oven and loved! The rooms and specifically the bathrooms, unfortunately let it down a bit - thus the 4 stars. For the price you'd expect them to be a little more up to date. I chose to have a basic room which unfortunately looked into the internal staircase corridor and the room could be overlooked by people using the stairs - which in reality were not many. The rooms at the back, even if they have a balcony also have the issue of being overlooked a bit by the residential buildings across at close proximity. If you budget allows go for the front rooms. I looked into them and although the size may be a little small the view is worth it. Again the service made up for my stay and after my initial slight disappointment of the room I had booked - because i was traveling solo, they made me feel welcomed and i will definitely chose to stay there again. If i am sharing a room next time i'd definitely go for the front rooms with a balcony.

“Friendly Staff”

Check in was amazing super friendly stuff we were able to check in early which was great. Rooms are tired but clean. Pool is lovely but small especially when people are playing ball games!! Not enough sun loungers. Overall ok for a few days. Not sure we will return on our annual trip.
