“Family holiday ”
Great hotel second time I have been there can't fault the place really only reason I gave it a 4 was becuase it was the end of the season so the hotel was shutting down . Also i don't agree with people getting their own cups and being able to have them filled but thats just me

First time I have visited Santa Suzanna. Now when we first arrived we arrived just after they was closing the bar. We asked for drinks with our tokens and they told it's closed.
