“Enjoy full week”

My mom and I stayed here for one week, and had a really great time. The Hotel is huge, and located with a beautiful view over the beach. The pool area was the best. It was so big, cozy with palm trees, a huge pool with a bridge over it, bubble bath, and a one kids section. There were a lot of sunbeds, but only a few of them got sun from the morning, so we had to pick and lay down on our sunbeds at 08.00. DONT try and reserve sunbeds before 09.00, somebody will come and remove the towels. The hotel was clean, and there are so many activities, both at day and at night. Something for everyone. The breakfast was nothing much, a little to pick from and unflavored and dry food, so we did not end up eating much for breakfast. Over all a nice experience

“Drop in standatds”

Visited from 22/06 to 29/06 on arrival at 10.30 am to be told room not available until 2pm , not good enough the hotel know when guests arriving when bookings are made. Visited from 22/06 to 29/06 on arrival at 10.30 am to be told room not available until 2pm , not good enough the hotel know when guests arriving when bookings are made. When we arrived at room to find 2 large double beds filling the room , no room between beds to walk or get in or out of bed, returned to reception and asked to change rooms this was done following day and happy with the service even though a bit of a nuisance. The restaurant for breakfast and dinner was always very busy, had to queue to enter and get table staff were very busy but quite pleasant and efficient. The pool area was very cramped with sun beds very very close together very little room to walk between very difficult for families with children, but the pools were lovely and the whole area and hotel was very clean and tidy. The food was OK, we always found it hot and fresh, but the buffet area a bit chaotic down to the amount of people around. We have stayed at the hotel twice before and really enjoyed, but this time we felt the standard had dropped considerably and will not return again

“Hotel looks good on glossy brochure & website, but clearly that means nothing!”

Thankfully only booked breakfast, unfortunately out of the 6 days we didn't have one hot breakfast apart from fried eggs which were constantly being cooked, therefore had continental breakfast. Thankfully only booked breakfast, unfortunately out of the 6 days we didn't have one hot breakfast apart from fried eggs which were constantly being cooked, therefore had continental breakfast. Drinks from machine were poor quality, again not very hot, attempted several times, in the end settled for juice. Entertainment poor, area entertainment was not designed to be a fun relaxing area for entertainment, therefore made the most of other hotels in area. On two occasions, went back to our room to find the cleaner had not closed door, and replenish toilet rolls without being asked. Therefore, in view of the above, wont be returning to this hotel.
