Booked this for my nieces 16th birthday present as she wanted a pre-prom tan. It was just the two of us and we had a great holiday. We had the Club Select All Inclusive option which included the beach club bar too which is great but unfortunately it’s the same choice of selected all inclusive food and drink options as the pool bar, would have been good to mix it up a bit here I think. But the hotel was beautiful, clean, friendly staff, first time I’ve ever queued to get to the pool but it does make sense as sun beds are limited in the morning if the sun is shining. Santa Susana is nice and chilled which is what I was going for and very clean and feels safe. Would definitely return.

“Perfect location”

Nice hotel, nice swimming pool and very friendly staff. The location is perfect, close to the beach and close to restaurants and bars. The breakfast is perfect.its a continental breakfast and variety is enough. I would go back again if I am in Barcelona

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Sirius. It was so clean and the staff were lovely. The food was varied , plenty of choice and on the whole very good . The first few days we always managed to get a sunbed the guests were courteous and took their towels if leaving the pool area allowing others to use the sun beds . However the next guests arriving were not as thoughtful they hogged the sun beds for the whole day even if they went off for walks etc meaning for three days we didn’t get chance to relax and sunbathe at all . Luckily we aren’t big sunbathers so spent time on our balcony reading or went walking . . The pool area was very nice and clean . The hotel should use the grassed area at the front of the hotel for additional seating area even if they put some benches on there and fenced it off for hotel guests . We would definitely return and Santa Susanna was really nice , we felt safe and everyone was friendly

“Don’t pick this hotel for the paddle boarding but do for the food”

I traveled with my 16 year old daughter (I’m 44) while we did have a great holiday there a few things which would have been great to know sooner. Hotel states complimentary paddle boards this is actually one board for 2 hours per room not person and you have to collect the board from the bottom floor of the hotel and carry it to the beach which is not easy furthermore the board was not inflated fully so made balancing hard especially for two! Plus didn’t get any safety advice of life vests so has to guess what boys to stay between etc. All inclusive is limited on the pool and beach bars but selection was still good. The breakfast starts at 7:30 until 10am then you cannot get anything including water until 11am from the pool or beach bar. Lunch is from 13 to 15 then dinner from 7 to 9:30 and then all inclusive finishes at 11pm. They offer free towels daily for use at the pool or beach you just ask at reception but we only found this out from other guests alone with the free use of sunbeds and umbrella at the beach but you had to get three tickets from reception before you went to the beach. The spa is pre-book able at reception as you are the only ones in there for the hour; you are given one free hours use then you can pay for more the spa is one big wet room with a jacuzzi in the middle two sunbeds (although no windows or sun) and two saunas one wet and one dry. The drinks in the room fridge are free again not told this and they were not replenished. You can pre book a brunch once during your stay which means you don’t have to go to breakfast instead you can have you breakfast at the pool bar up until 11am this includes fruit, cheese and cold meat and pastries plus a later delivery of an eggy bread sandwich tops with fruit compote (very odd); if you have allergies be aware as not asked and no details of what you have been served. Also note if you are disabled or struggle with steps the walk to the beach involves steps - the is two ways to go and one looks like it’s all slop but half way through there are 5 steps randomly. Room was nice air conditioning was great and water always hot in the room. Bed was really comfortable. Reception staff not very welcoming or helpful but bar staff friendly. Hope this helps.
