Had an overall very good experience at this hotel. We could enjoy our vacation without any hassle or issues. The location is quite nice and clean - this includes the hotel, its premises and the places around it, like the streets, beach, etc. The food was tasty, varied and plenty, always being refilled so you could have a taste from everything no matter the amount of people in the restaurant, or the time you are taking your meal. The breakfast could be improved a bit by focusing on more than just English style breakfast and pastries. For breakfast you can get orange juice, tea/coffee, but it would also be appreciated if (at least) water would be provided/included with the other meals. We did not experience long queueing when entering the restaurant, but we did see people standing in long queues, so certain time slots are more popular for eating and thus this can affect your experience. Since we had to leave early on our last day, we could not take the normal breakfast and instead were provided with the option to go in for an early (cold) breakfast. This one was slightly disappointing as there was barely anything to choose from. It would have been nice if we could have swapped this meal for a lunch on the previous day (at some extra cost of course), but that was not an option when we asked about it. Swimming pool was enjoyable as well, but I can see this getting slightly crowded during more crowded vacation periods. Getting to the beach is very easy as it is super close by.

We stayed at this hotel and could not fault it at all. We stayed half board and would say there was plenty of choice of food. Something for everyone. The salad options was amazing. Lots of fresh fruit and a great choice of hot and cold food. The activities team work really hard to entertain everyone as there is so many different nationalist, we wasn't expecting entertainment so was a bonus. The rooms was exceptionally clean, and comfortable the beds was a bit hard but still got a good nights sleep. The Staff are very friendly and helpful. The amenities of the spa was great one of the best we have stayed at. The hot salt water pool was lush and helped with all the aches and pains. Highly recommend the 10 Euros charge it is worth it. The hotel is in a great location for everything including shopping, weekly market and supermarkets. The old town has a lot bars restaurant's too.

price per night was good, because this is not a 4 star, but likely a 3. Family room with 2 beds felt very small in size, beds were comfortable. Strong effort at night for entertainment. Room was very noisy as you could hear absolutely everything from corridor. Staff was in general very helpful. Restaurant and breakfast were average, lots of choice in a buffet, but general feeling was to present lowest cost items in particular meats. Had to pay 5 euros per person each day to access the small gym a bit old...that's a no no in my book for an hotel who wants to be a 4 star. had to pay 10 euros per person to access spa and swimming pool (that was good and I understand that cost...). drinks at bar were 4 star cost except beers which were cheaper. beautiful swimming pool outside cold in October, to be expected.

“Hard beds”

Hard beds in room 1147 very noisy from hotel florid, never had hotel in Spain have two prices for spirits small or large??? Would not stay there again. Early morning call didn't get after asking for one. Pool area was nice. Plenty sun beds, found had to wait for drinks in entertainment area.
