“Welcoming, friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere, great entertainment”

The staff have amazing and cannot do enough for you, we booked all inclusive and our experience has been brilliant, stayed for halloween and they have had some great kids entertainment and mascots, the hotel has been decorated all week, the food was halloween themed on 31st and the kitchen really made a massive effort to make it special for everyone, I will definitely be booking to come and stay again, best hotel I've stayed in so far, very clean and well presented, some of their services such as the spa are extra cost but it is definitely worth spending the extra money to use these facilities, very relaxed atmosphere, friendly and welcoming staff members, my girls had the best 1st abroad holiday staying at Alegria Florida Park Hotel

The hotel is very good for entertainment the kids were entertained throughout the holiday . Halloween night was brilliant with the DJ on a great atmosphere in the place. . The hotel is very good for entertainment the kids were entertained throughout the holiday . Halloween night was brilliant with the DJ on a great atmosphere in the place. . Hotel staff are lovely and friendly , the rooms are comfortable and cleaned every day , the indoor pool and outdoor pool are great the aqua aerobics was very good , the buffet breakfast has lots of selection and is well stocked . I would highly recommend this hotel for value , we will return .

“Not the best experience”
Hotel was clean but some staff quite abrupt. We were given room on top floor which was like an attic room and tiny. Asked to change but was told hotel was full and it wasn't possible. There was a poker series final taking place and everything was geared towards them. Lots of heavy smokers everywh… more
Hotel was clean but some staff quite abrupt. We were given room on top floor which was like an attic room and tiny. Asked to change but was told hotel was full and it wasn't possible. There was a poker series final taking place and everything was geared towards them. Lots of heavy smokers everywhere and the smell of cigarettes even came into our room via the air con I'm assuming and it stank. Was told a machine would be put in room to get rid of smell but it didn't. Pool was approx 2 degrees and almost impossible to use. Food ok but food times very busy. Not sure I would return as I felt like the English weren't liked by the staff. It was more aimed at French. None of advertised entertainment happened in day. All inclusive is from 11-11 so you have to pay for coffee etc before then.
