“6 days in the sun at the gorgeous Kaktus Playa”
Stayed here for 6 nights recently and couldn’t fault the hotel. We had a road facing room with a lovely balcony. Room had everything and more we needed, we took some Nespresso pods with us to use and asked reception for more milk pots every day. Room was so quiet and black out blind was fab! Ro... more

“Excellent stay”
From day one we were made to feel welcome. From reception right through to bar and housekeeping the staff were very attentive, friendly and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much bother and all services were excellent. Would happily stay again in future

“Lovely stay but 4 star tourist level”
The best thing we did was upgrade to sea view room at a total cost of £160 per night The pool view looked over the backs of pretty ugly buildings. This is definitely 4 star tourist level not 5 star standard. We suspect it was intended to be better but with not enough bookings they have sold out ... more

Not a good start to our holiday . Suitcase went to the wrong room . Eventually found . I wouldn't class it as a 5 star hotel myself . Shower flooding toilet every time it was used . Dirty floor .
