Returned to this hotel for a second time with my sister who was here 3 weeks previous with her partner, the thing that was obvious was the change in food, her food was so different to what we were served, then we realised it was because it was a Spanish holiday when she was there previously, food was cold most of the time, had to use microwave every sitting, Waiting staff brilliant, cleared tables really quickly, We booked this hotel so we would have peace and quiet up on the roof as it's 18+, but most days children were in the jacuzzis, pool bar closed due to bad weather the previous week, so had to go down 8 floors for drinks, Housekeeping staff brilliant, towels changed every day and beds made, hotel really clean , just the food a let down unfortunately.

My second stay here. Lovely hotel, all the staff are really friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them (with one exception, see below). Great big room with 2 double beds just for me and lovely and clean. Breakfast really nice but lunch and dinner food was not quite as good as last year, which was excellent, but saying that though, there was always something I could find to have. Bar staff downstairs a great bunch of lovely smiley happy people. If I didn't like the cocktail of the day, Juan would make me something else nice. Upstairs roof terrace is a fantastic place, last year there was a lovely man running the bar but sadly this year, the lady up there was just downright rude and did not smile once all week. I wasn't the only one to think this, other guests I spoke to said the same, it really ruined the atmosphere up there. Also, no cocktail of the day menu on the bar upstairs. The only other thing was that on my last day (Friday 6th Sept) it was raining and gloomy in the morning but brightened up around lunchtime but the rooftop bar was not opened up at all in the afternoon, such a shame as I wanted to enjoy my last day in the sun (as there'd been a couple of quite rainy days) and was intending to have a snack from the roof bar. Would I return again, yes.
