“Team Member Isabel”
Team Member Isabel was a very friendly and curtious team member at the reception area desk. It was so nice to see her smiling face when coming and going throughout the day. She was very helpful with answering our questions regarding shuttle service and various other resort questions.

“Reunion Altrusa”
Great service by Marisol y Zenaida. They are so service oriented! They made us feel at home. We were at a meeting and they were Great providing us all goodies an service we requested. They were servicing us since the breakfast snd lunch.👏👏👏👏🥳😍🥳

“Welcomed.”
Had breakfast at Trova and my server was Marisol Trove, she was amazing. Her sense of hospitality and attention to detail was extraordinary. Breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this place not only for breakfast but dinner is spectacular. The ambiance is very romantic as well.

“Amazing place to stay in Puerto Rico”
The staff was the friendliest and most courteous I’ve ever experienced. The staff helped us to our room, park our vehicles and gave us rides everywhere. Many restaurants and amenities included or with a shuttle ride. I truly love my time at the resort.
