We had a family holidays there in 2 different rooms. Our rooms were nice , comfrtable and clean but in the bathroom they had shampoo and bubble bath in sachets and only one sachet from each. We asked them to leave another sachet the next day and they did it. The towels were only 2 , one for body and one for hands and face and very old. Wifi was with code very slow and for some hours witch was bad as 2 of my kids are teenagers and my husband need it for his job. They claim that they have a gym but when my son decided to visit it the cleaner told him that it is closed because they were doing some works. The next day i asked the receptionist and she told me that they decided to renovate it (in the high season period !!!)and they didn't know when it was going to be ready. My worse experience was at the buffet restaurant at my first visit there for dinner. I booked half board package and i went to fill a glass with coke (not coca cola or pepsi cola but something with just the same colour....) and then an employee there stopped me and asked me if a had a bracelet (the one that all inclusive customer were wearing on their wrist ) . When i told him that i am half board he explained to me that i can only have water from the machine. I asked if i had to leave the glass with coke and he said "not for this time but you have to know it for next time" . As my kids came later i inform them not to take anything but water but then as i was sitting at the table another employee came and told me that if i wanted the glass with coke i had to pay for it. I was very angry with them and i told him to take it because if i had to pay i wanted an original coke. And after they served me the proper drink another one came to inform us about the hotel policies about half board......the fb manager should change them all !!! As for the variety was poor and less from day to day...At breakfast i used to have omelet and sausages and the first day i found mustard and ketchup in small bowls but all the other days they disappear them and i had to ask from the stuff to bring them at the buffet. For the last 2 days the omelet was burned (tasted burned and smelled burned). One day again at the restaurant my husband asked from the waiter fresh pepper and he replied that they don't have for sure. When my husband saw the chef later in the night he told him that the plate (i don't remember witch one) was perfect but if they had fresh pepper to add it would be better..and the chef replied "but we have" ...and he continued " you had to asked it from me" ...the conclusions all yous !!!! Pool was nice and clean and also the beach was very nice with many sunbeds and umbrellas. The bar near the sea had nothing from cocktails not even ouzo on the contrary the pool bar had a great variety (drinks and snacks). As i titled my review do not expect much...and as i expected more i don't think i will go there again even if the prices were fine.
