Most wonderful multilingual staff every day!! Two days so far, 3 more to go! Beautiful hotel, well maintained and definitely above expectations. Rooms are spacious with balconies. Beds are comfy, good pillows too. Amazing water pressure. Plenty of outlets. Don't forget your adapters/converters. Daily room cleanup, refresh! Location is the Best! Just a few blocks from beach. Great food in plaza across the street. Local grocery just a few steps away. Free European breakfast great, plenty of options in a room with excellent views! We picked a great one for our week stay in Nazaré! Definitely recommended!

“Great Spot”

Very clean and centrally located. Must be a walker to use the available parking. Comfortable room! Breakfast was fine and there is a pastry shop across the street! Staff was very nice and welcoming. Would stay again.

Overall it was a good stay. The location is excellent right down by the beach. The staff were very nice. The room was on the small side but had a balcony with a view of the funicular. Overall it was a good stay. The location is excellent right down by the beach. The staff were very nice. The room was on the small side but had a balcony with a view of the funicular. Bed was small and could be more comfortable. A small refrigerator in the room would be an improvement. The modern bathroom was small but efficient. There was a bathtub but only a handheld showerhead. Breakfast was good and was served on the top floor of the hotel with really nice views of Nazare. The hotel will explain where to park on the street. If you can't find a spot, they have a garage but be prepared, it's a bit of a hike up a hill. The hotel has a spot in front where you can pull in and drop off/pick up your luggage after checking in/out so you don't have to lug it through the streets.

“Hotel is comfortable with some issues”

Was confused why we were told we must pay upfront for our stay before even checking in. We have always paid at checkout. Then we were told our credit cards didn’t work and we must pay cash upfront. We used our debit card to pay but this caused worry for us about our cards. We spent an hour wait… more

Was confused why we were told we must pay upfront for our stay before even checking in. We have always paid at checkout. Then we were told our credit cards didn’t work and we must pay cash upfront. We used our debit card to pay but this caused worry for us about our cards. We spent an hour waiting on hold with MC to assure us there was nothing wrong with our cards using up a lot of our roaming phone credit…which turned out to be completely unnecessary. The room was ok with a comfortable bed and pillows. The emergency cord in the bathtub has been cut off at the base and is a safely issue. The internet connection is slow/non existent and most of the cable channels are unavailable. There is no kettle or bar fridge in the room. The breakfast buffet is very sparse with no jams or any hot buffet items beside cold scrambled eggs. There are the usual cold offerings like cheese, cold cuts and buns, bread and cake.
