“Faultless stay at the Cliff Bay Hotel!”
Amazing New Year stay at the Cliff Bay. Wonderful gala dinner on New year’s Eve. The fireworks and Christmas lights in Funchal were definitely the best we have ever seen. Wonderful hotel staff, beautiful suite with a bay/funchal view was spectacular! The food/drink scene in Funchal is fabulous.

“5 star luxury”
Everything about our stay for seven days over New Year was excellent. The staff are great. The entertainment particularly the seemingly impromptu entertainment was fabulous. The Gala dinners were wonderful. Everything was so good we will return this year.

“Perfect hotel for visiting Madeira”
Wonderful amenities and stunning views. Short walk to town, car parking, excellent rooms. Staff were warm and welcoming.

“Exceptional hotel and staff”
Recently spent New Year at this exceptional hotel and enjoyed first class service from extremely well trained staff. The New Year celebrations in the hotel more than met expectations and included a wonderful Gala dinner. Wishing continued success to Antonio Pais and the entire team.
