“Best Place For Stay.”

This Is Best Hotel I Ever seen. There Have Best People for Working. The Staff are very friendly and helpful. So i recommended this is the best place for stay. Best Location From The Center. Nice& natural View Point. There have best food i think.

The Miramar has so much potential but we felt it was lacking in some areas. Firstly the good bits: The general ambience of the hotel both internally and externally is good and it felt like a pleasant place to be. Although not on the seafront it is a good location with a bus stop just outside. The staff are mostly very friendly and helpful. The room size was good with a balcony overlooking the pool area. No problems getting a sun lounger near the pool. So what was not so good: We stayed Half Board and were disappointed with the buffet both at breakfast and dinner. In the evening the food was invariably bland. Anything interesting had often ran out only halfway through service. The fruit choice at breakfast was uninspiring. We did enjoy both the a la carte restaurants en site which were included. Although the menu at each is limited ( and only one open each day) the food was much better and the service excellent. Our room felt dated, especially the bathroom where the ceiling had some mould. The towels definitely weren't fluffy (apart from one). Aa others have mentioned there seemed to be a lot of chair scraping sounds coming from somewhere. Very irritating. By the pool the sun loungers seemed to sink as you got onto them so they were very low and not the most comfy. The parasols are very worn and we saw several collapse or fly off when the wind built up. It would be great to be able to get a drink by the pool but no bar there. The pool was a little cold, even in September. Evening entertainment was provided but just a singer every night with not a lot of variety. Not a problem for us but don't expect anything exciting! Overall the negatives outweigh the positives and we would not return here. However if there's a good deal on offer it's not all bad.

The hotel is part of a large complex that also contains a holiday village with time share apartments. On arrival it was explained to us that if we wanted to eat in either of the hotel's themed restaurants we would need to book in advance. Otherwise we would be eating in the Village buffet restaurant. In order to get a table at a time you prefer it was clear that at least 2 days notice was required, with the themed restaurants being very popular. Food is plentiful and adequate in the buffet but not of 4 star quality. If you eat in the themed restaurants which open alternatively for a couple of nights each you will find the menu doesn't change and there are no specials. The hotel is heavily reliant on the village in many ways. Breakfast is village only and food and drink were not available near to the hotel's swimming pool, meaning you had a 5 minute walk up 3 flights of stairs or a longer walk to the lift and back. The décor, fittings and fixtures feel dated and slightly tatty which is disappointing. Generally it needs updating and hotel guests need to get a better deal on service and convenience.
