“Now called Arts in”
First class apartment in block of 12. Two ladies. Elizabeth and Gracie were very attentive and kept the apartment spotless. The position was also very good, only a shortish walk from Funchal centre, and close to a mini market which stocked all essentials

We stayed here for 10 days on our vacation to Funchal Madeira. Fantastic location very close to the centre of the city. A 10 -15 minute walk away from restaurant alley. We felt very safe there. Great location, easy walking distance to old town but a little away from the hustle and bustle. This is however a thriving and real capital city so don't expect silence for uninterrupted night's sleep. The apartment is very clean, simple modern furniture and a good shower (essential). when we got there we found they had changed the name to artsin madeira. the taxi driver we had phoned to check he had the right place, he also rang them as no one was there to meet us. only took about fifteen mins for someone to come and let us in. the apartment we had was very roomy a godd well ... more
