“Perfect for walking and relaxing”
Beautiful views, good food and friendly staff. Perfect base for walking and just relaxing. Well equipped mini kitchen and own verandah with a peaceful and tranquil swimming pool a few steps away...plus rather lovely cat!Really enjoyed our stay.

“A unique find a vineyard with 5 star accommodation and food choices ”
This is a delightful place, a mix of the old, 1685 , with comfortable modern accommodation. We spent a week. Breakfasts were great, with lots of choice, featuring local produce. “Beautiful chilled accommodation in Madeira”
Visited as a family of 5 (3 teenagers) in July 2024; a superb spot from which to explore Madeira. Very chilled vibe here, lovely accommodation, amazing breakfasts, superb staff. A real gem a little off the beaten track, will definitely be back!

“Gentle, calm space to explore levadas”
We felt the gentle hospitality, delicious food and calm beauty of the quinta as perfect complement to our previous week in Funchal. We walked levadas for 6 days and the cottage on our return gave us rest and recovery space, aided by those lovely suppers. Thank you. Francesca 🙏
