“Prefer this to Indian PK Clinics”
Have been here 4 times now in last 6 years and consider this one of the best kept secrets for ayurvedic clinics (and I have been to AV clinics all over the world over the years). Have been here 4 times now in last 6 years and consider this one of the best kept secrets for ayurvedic clinics (and I have been to AV clinics all over the world over the years). They use authentic vaidyas, oils and techniques, but with that added touch of German efficiency and cleanliness sometimes missing from Indian clinics. And it is quite reasonably priced for an oceanfront facility. The rooms are not deluxe but adequate, the meals nutritious--think high end Indian clinic but not a plush spa. I always come away wishing I had stayed longer!

“Maderia - Aruyvedic Centre”
Fantastic Yoga teachers each with their own expertise. Daily Yoga practice every morning before breakfast. Excellent balanced vegetarian meals. Fine consult with Aruyvedic Doctor. Use of sister hotels' spa and swimming pools. All in all a great stay. Everyone was very helpful, and kind.

“Quiet hotel on edge of residential area.”
This was our second time at Galo Hotel Alpino Atlantico. Our room was large, clean and had an amazing view over the ocean and hotel garden. This was our second time at Galo Hotel Alpino Atlantico. Our room was large, clean and had an amazing view over the ocean and hotel garden. The hotel arranged for our transfers from and to the airport. All the staff were kind and helpful. We participated in the activities run by the hotel and spent time at the 2 sister hotels also. We had evening meals at the Hotel Galosol and used the pool, spa, lido and evening entertainment at the Hotel Galomar. We had an amazing week here and recommend it for people looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday. Our hotel offers full Ayurveda package if required. We had a great time and came home well rested.

“Invest in yourself! ”
If you would like to invest in your health and personal growth this is definitely one of the best places to do that! I am very impressed with all treatments! Friendly staff! If you would like to invest in your health and personal growth this is definitely one of the best places to do that! I am very impressed with all treatments! Friendly staff! I do wish there were more variation with the food! Dr, Krishna who is making your health program is extremely sweet and helpful! The only thing , that bothered me throughout my stay, was the dog barking 24/7 across the street! It unfortunately disturbed my sleep, which is a very important part of the stay. The owners of this dog don’t care and is letting the dog stay outside all day/night. Very disturbing for the hotels guests. It is the only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars! But don’t let that hold you back from an incredible experience!
