Nothing but good things to say about this hotel. First and foremost, the staff is excellent! Each and every encounter was pleasant and professional. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Perfectly located on the harbor front and steps away from old town (Centro Historico). Breakfast offerings were excellent. Definitely consider this hotel when visiting beautiful Cascais.

I can't believe there have been any negative reviews about this hotel. We loved it, and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Our second floor sea view room was spacious and modern. Small balcony overlooking the beach, but it had two chairs and a table and did the job. Larger rooms are on the third and fourth floors. Very little noise at night after midnight. We received our free drinks voucher for directly booking with the hotel and went to the rooftop bar to redeem it. A very good sun-trap up there, with a covered pool and some sun loungers. In the height of summer, I should imagine that the number of sun loungers is insufficient, as there are only about 15 of them. Very peaceful though, and there's always the beach right across the road. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of hot and cold choices, and ohhhh, the cakes! Exit the hotel and just around the corner are all the many lovely restaurants of Cascais - it's a wonderfully pretty little town, and from the hotel, you can easily walk to Boca de Inferno, or Estoril in the other direction. The train station is just over 5 minutes walk away, where the train whisks you to Lisbon in less than half an hour. Staff were all incredibly nice and attentive without intrusion - there are staff everywhere you go in the hotel. We'd recommend staying B&B, although the hotel has its own restaurant. There are too many temptations in the town restaurants, and prices are quite reasonable. Cascais really exceeded our expectations. So much so that we want to come back in summer time, and when we do, this will be our choice of hotel.

We received a warm welcome from front desk, given a complimentary drinks voucher and our car registration was validated for free parking. This was because we booked direct with the hotel. We had a twin sea view room on the first floor which was modern with wooden floor, pale blue decor and a modern bathroom. Beds were firm. Balcony looking over the promenade and small beach. Once you close the doors we did not hear any noise from the road or passers by. The bar and terrace was very pleasant to sit and watch the world go by and the restaurant was also very good. Great service from all staff, friendly and helpful. There are two small lifts that go down to the car park and a pool on the roof. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, plenty of choice. Breads, pastries, cereal, fruit, cheese, meats, eggs boiled, scramble and fried, bacon, beans, sausages, mushrooms, hash browns, tea and coffee, water and juices. Constantly being refreshed. I am not sure why some of the previous reviews are so negative, we really couldn't find any fault in the hotel or staff and enjoyed our stay. My only disappointment was the non stop harassment by employees of the local bars and restaurants touting for business. Such a shame as there are some lovely restaurants in the cobbled back streets and courtyards.

“Lovely Cascais location”

Excellent beach front location, very nice buffet breakfast and lots of choice of restaurants nearby. Music festival on during our stay which was an added bonus, close to bus and train stations for exploring Lisbon and Sintra. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly, excellent views and room .
