Fantastic Holiday. Highly recommended. I was very impressed by the welcome meeting. Each department gave a brief presentation/ speech, which reflected how much they cared about the hotel, their jobs and the holiday experienced by heir guests. The staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble- just ask. The animation team were so passionate. I particularly liked the lounge bar - help yourself to alcohol. A relaxing, rewarding and hugely satisfying experience. Tui did exceptionally well with this package.

My family had a wonderful time at the Pestana Porto Santo. We booked one of their suites so that we had extra space for our two crazy boys. The suite was serviced every day although they only changed the bed linen and towels once or twice during the week (which is good because it showed they adhere to their sustainability principles). The staff at the hotel were lovely and couldn't do enough for us. The food and drink were plentiful and so much better than other All Inclusive hotels that we have visited in the past. There were plenty of activities, both during the day and at night, including guided walks and exercise classes. The very best part was the beach that the hotel backed onto. It was truly beautiful and the stretch of sea was supervised by life guards. There was even a little snack hut near the beach, run by the hotel so that you didn't need to reenter the grounds to enjoy your All Inclusive drinks on the beach. In summary, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel, along with the beautiful island of Porto Santo.

This is a beautiful hotel with great facilities, helpful staff and great food. We had a lovely week there and explored the island. This is a beautiful hotel with great facilities, helpful staff and great food. We had a lovely week there and explored the island. We travelled with Tui from London Gatwick and everything was very well organised. During our stay we hired Twingos from the hotel reception and drove around the entire island in one morning. We also booked a boat trip and we were collected from reception and taken down to the harbour for the two hour trip. The beach here is wonderful and easy access from the hotel. Porto Santo is a lovely town and a visit to the museum is a must.

“worth going”

very nice resort ,clean ,food quality high, beach closeby ,will go again. Room clean ,beds comfortable,kettle and fridge in room. Staff very helpful and pleasant ,room cleaned to a good standard every day. Japanese style restaurant a pleasant change of meals.
