“Fantastic hotel with wonderful staff!!!!!”

Stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. Have to say I was greatly impressed with everything. The room was spacious with a lovely view, great air con, great shower and plenty of towels. Beds were really comfy with great pillows. plenty of storage space for clothes with hangers, even towels for the pool were provided too. Staff were so friendly and helpful, went over and above to help with any questions or requests asked of them. lovely irish fella Luke who was just started there, was so welcoming too! Great breakfasts with loads of choices. Hotel was spotless. We were getting a late flight home and it was no problem to leave our luggage until later. We were even provided with a room to shower in before we left. I cannot find any fault with this hotel, great location, close to the Marina and beach. Would highly recommend and will definitely return again!!!

Really good hotel. Bed and pillows were so comfy and the standard of cleanliness throughout was excellent. Really good hotel. Bed and pillows were so comfy and the standard of cleanliness throughout was excellent. Bar staff very friendly and a special shout out to Henry the pool guy who kept the pool area tidy. Breakfast was really good with lots of choice and freshly squeezed orange juice every day. Great location as really close to the beach and the marina. Only (small) criticisms I have is that they could do with weeding the patio area at the pool and also clean the backs of the outside dining chairs where the cute wee birds like to poo on. Would definitely go back. 2nd time in Vilamoura and we love it

“Good allround hotel, served a purpose for us as a golfing group”

We travelled as a group of 12 golfers, overall I dont have have any real major complaints about the hotel at all, bearing in mind we only really slept there as we were out most of the day and evening, it was comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. The staff speak great english, and were very friendly. the pool and bar area is comfortable and the bar staff were great. The pool itself is on the small side but the beach is only a couple of hundred yards away. I have a couple little criticisms about the hotel, There is no room service so getting a coffee or tea out of hours is a non starter. There are coffee machines in the room, the 1st 4 cups of coffee are complementary, anything after this you pay for plus there is no milk, or complementary water either, water is in the mini bar which has to be paid for. I asked for a cup of tea at 6.30am and was told they couldn't help and suggested I visited a petrol station quite a walk away for my drink. The restaurant for breakfast opens at 7.30 which as an early riser, I would have rather it opened as most hotels do at 7am. A buffet style breakfast but the plates are really small so you'll need 2 trips. Mushrooms are cooked in garlic YUCK, but over all the food was of a good quality. There is only 1 toaster so expect to queue for your toast, especially as you would have to put your bread through 3-4 times if you like a bit of colour. Plenty of choice for cold meats, cheeses and fruit The bedrooms are not the biggest, well put it this way my party we all had the same size rooms. the balconies likewise were small, barely enough room for the table and 2 chairs. There is a gymnasium and a games room, however they do need to invest in a new pool table it was dreadful. Table tennis too Overall as a golfer it was comfortable enough for us, I would go back so don't be put off by my critique i would still give it a 8 out of 10. I have to mention the pool guy, a young lad who took his job seriously, his attention to detail when he was lining up the bedchairs was quite impressive. We left him a small tip, he was bowled over bless him.
