“Great family experience”

Great experience and the animator TED was incredible. Great infrastructure, clean, good food. I recomendo for all families. , especially in winter time to enjoy all the water fun. We stayed in a family room so, plenty of space and privacy for everybody

The staff here is outstanding. Every single team member we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. They went above and beyond to accommodate extra requests, including providing an additional mattress in our room for our daughter. It was such a simple but meaningful touch that made our stay so much easier. The hotel itself is beautifully set up for families. The indoor and outdoor play areas are fantastic – they let kids play and burn off energy while parents can keep an eye on them from nearby dining areas. It’s such a thoughtful design for families with young children. Breakfast was another highlight. The buffet was plentiful, with a wide variety of healthy and delicious options. Plus, the relaxed breakfast times meant we didn’t have to rush, which is a blessing when traveling with a toddler. They even provide crayons and a painting pad! Lunch and dinner were also excellent, with fair prices for the quality of food. The pool and whirlpool were another big hit. It was lovely to unwind there, and our daughter enjoyed the water activities. The parking situation is fantastic, with plenty of spots, so there’s no stress about finding a place for your car. The proximity to the Aquashow Park is also a major plus. While the outdoor areas were closed for the season, the indoor waterpark had more than enough slides and activities to keep our daughter entertained. For adults, there’s a spa area with saunas and a whirlpool – a nice bonus! The fitness center could use a bit of an upgrade. It’s functional but could benefit from more weights and machines. There were some renovations happening in the lobby during our stay, but it didn’t disrupt us at all. In fact, it was barely noticeable, which speaks to how well they managed it. If you’re traveling with more than one child, consider booking one of their family rooms. These are essentially two connected rooms with a door in between, giving everyone more space and privacy. We didn’t stay in one but heard great things about them from other guests. We visited in the low season, and it was a game-changer. The hotel was quiet, there was no crowding in common areas, and everything felt incredibly relaxed. I can imagine the high season might be a bit busier and potentially less serene, but for us, this timing was perfect.
