If your looking for a relaxing place this is not for you. Although you get what you pay for while clean it’s out dated. Beds lumpy not vey comfortable. Certainly fine for someone here to party. The disco is directly across the street and sometimes making loud noise until 5am! Get a room up or out back! Breakfast minimal but nice. Hotel Next to direct route to the beach . Bus stop close by to get to Lagos or Faro. Staff friendly all in all OK but expect simple and bring ear plugs!

“very nice hotel with excellent views”

me and my girlfriend stayed here in september for 4 nights, the hotel was excellent for the price, really nice clean rooms with an amazing view over the beach and sea, the breakfast was nice as well , would definitely return

Basic hotel with no pool, terrace or garden and the main entrance is directly on the main shopping/bar strip. The door is up 2 steps and there doesnt seem to be any disabled access. Situated directly opposite the night club it can be noisy but it isn't too bad with the patio doors shut (I knew this so took ear plugs and didn't hear a thing). Most rooms have a sea view andthe hotel is only a few yards from the steps down to the beach, however there are 55 of these steps and they are steep. No bar or restaurant but there is a breakfast room which serves a basic but acceptable breakfast that you can just turn up for. Room has a fridge stocked with water and soft drinks to buy or can be used for your own provisions. My room was a twin double which again was basic and not very big but clean. Not the hotel for a lazy holiday but ideal as a base for a few nights out socialising!! Staff that I encountered very friendly and helpful, I was too early to get into my room but was shown to a room to leave my luggage and change my clothes.

It’s a mixed bag! As usual, it’s better to do a list of the good and the not that much, but to be fair, it’s more or less what I expected for the amount paid. So let’s begin by highlighting the best: - Great location, for both the daytime and nighttime activities. - Good breakfast for the budget you’re paying for. - Nice staff; very attentive guy the day of check in That’s all! The CONS: - Really, really, really very bad bedding and “pillow”, if you can even call that one. Quite bad!!! - Old and not well kept, though very spacious bathroom, which is not common. - A bit noisy, but if you get a room not facing the street, you shouldn’t have any issues. I’d say I wouldn’t go back, since sleeping quality is very important for me. But it’s not expensive, which is not common in the area.

I stayed here with my teenage daughter for 4 nights. Our hotel room was facing the nightclub which was really noisy If you kept the patio doors open. We couldn't sit on the balcony as it wasn't private and was overlooked by the people sitting outside the bar opposite who could look directly into our room. We were on the 1st floor and mostly had to keep the curtains shut when in the room. It's just a 2 minute walk to the beach. There is no pool in this hotel so nowhere to sit in the sun . We booked it without checking this. The staff on reception were very helpful and we were unable to change rooms as the hotel was fully booked. This hotel would be perfect for those wishing to use it as a base for socialising but not for those who want to just relax. I wouldn't book to stay again mainly because there was no pool. It was dated but clean.
