“Friendly staff”

The staff here are friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed our stay , it was a nice weekend getaway with friends. The place is amazing and the food are delicious. Would definitely go back in summer. Definitely recommend it for fiends and families

Just got back from a 2 week holiday. Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful, incredibly hardworking! What let's the hotel down, in my opinion, is the massive groups of Spanish pensioners every weekend: they take over the place, and aren't very kind to the staff! We enjoyed the fact that the hotel was in a quiet area, walking distance to a lovely chapel and 3 gorgeous beaches. The food was good, especially the pizzas which are completely home-made! It's also the cleanest hotel we've been to in a long time, again full credit to the hardworking housekeeping staff, always smiling and friendly!

“Nice place but very quiet”

Have just returned from a week and can honestly say the hotel itself was excellent. The staff were great and couldn't be more helpful. The food every day was also really good with a good selection; even my fussy son and Niece found something everyday. We didn't make it to the a la carte restaura… more

Have just returned from a week and can honestly say the hotel itself was excellent. The staff were great and couldn't be more helpful. The food every day was also really good with a good selection; even my fussy son and Niece found something everyday. We didn't make it to the a la carte restaurant as we're only offered a booking in one of them, the others appeared to be closed, and my son slept through the time of the booking. However, upon seeing some photos of the portion sizes I think we'd have been visiting the buffet restaurant afterwards too. It was unfortunate that despite being advertised by Jet2 that the water park was open, it wasn't and Jet2 have since updated their system saying it won't open until April which was disappointing as this was the main reason for booking this holiday to keep 5 kids amused. The area around the hotel itself it's fairly quiet and even the resort centre doesn't really have much to do so it's not an area we would return as it didn't suit our needs for a holiday but I'm sure for others who enjoy the quieter side of things, it would be perfect. Again, the hotel itself was great, just the miscommunication of areas being open dropped a point off it.

“Disappointed”

Disappointed that a large hotel has little knowledge about cocktails. Asked for a french coffee and got a small cup of black coffee with a thimbleful of brandy. Was told then they had no cream. Liquor prices are made up as they go Hotel is spacious and very clean but the bar lets it down badly.
