Amazing in every way. Cleanliness, Food, Location, Entertainment, Facilities, Staff were all simply fantastic. This made it one of the best holidays we have ever had. Beating Kenya and Mexico in the last couple of years. There were NO NEGATIVES whatsoever and the only downside was the pool was cold when you first got in!!.That was the extent to how brilliant this place is...there is absolutely nothing to complain about. Book this and you will not be disappointed.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience overall. The staff were amazing, going above and beyond by allowing me an early check-in, which was greatly appreciated after a long journey. Their hospitality truly made a difference in our stay. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing environment. However, I would suggest that the hotel provide bottled shampoo, conditioner, and other toiletries for added convenience. It's a bit odd to still be having locked shampoo and all in 1 in 2024. Also there was no toothbrush, body lotion, which should not be the case for a 4 star hotel. The food at the hotel was really good, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. The only downside was the limited selection of desserts, which could be improved to match the quality of the other meals. One area for improvement would be the availability of beach towels at the beach.It would be more convenient to have them available at the beach rather than having to bring them from the room. The hotel grounds and facilities were lovely, offering a serene and picturesque setting. A delightful surprise was the presence of two beautiful cats on the premises, adding to the charm of the place. Despite a few minor issues, I would highly recommend this hotel and definitely plan to stay here again. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making our stay so enjoyable!

“Perfection”

Perfect hotel, can’t fault it. All of the people saying bad things must be visiting the wrong hotel! The food is lovely with a wide verity, the staff are very friendly, drinks are served swiftly and there is entertainment every night. Will hopefully come again!!!

So this will be quite a mixed review.. I had thought I had done enough research online, but that clearly wasn't the case.. Firstly, the hotel is lovely. Spacious, modern with friendly, attentive (mainly) staff, excellent rooms and spotlessly clean with impressive gardens and grounds. The food is excellent and varied...however 50% of the main cooked meals are fish (which my wife doesn't eat) and had I known this, I wouldn't have booked this hotel. That being said, there were always options so we never really struggled to make a meal. Restaurant staff are friendly and attentive and empty plates are taken away almost as soon as you lay down your knife and fork. The hotel guests I guess are about 60 % German, with the other 40% made up of other nationalities. This is borne out by the fact there are about 10 German TV channels, the same Portuguese, maybe 5 or 6 French and BBC1 & BBC2. This was not a problem, though some German guests are very insistent that they do things their way and sometimes that includes not queueing...for anything... No issues with sunbeds. Poolside ones tend to be reserved by 9am, but there are plenty of others and we didn't have any issues getting sunbeds However, the main pool is absolutely freezing...it seems the hotel artificially keep the pool at 22 degrees C, whereas most pools tend to be between 25-28 degrees C to be comfortable. It is by far the coldest outdoor pool I have encountered in any hotel. Admittedly, there is an indoor pool, but I don't take a sun holiday to swim inside... Drinks...I can honestly say I have never been to an all inclusive resort, where 80% of the drinks menu is chargeable. Local beers and spirits, soft drinks and a few cocktails are included, but everything else is an additional charge..so be careful what you order. Beach..there isn't one! You can exit the hotel and in the street, there is a somewhat rickety 260-step wooden staircase down to a small beach, but not sure you could access easily enter the sea for swimming The much larger sandy beach is about a half-hour walk away (according to Google maps), so we gave that a miss as we were only there for a week You can also walk 10 mins or so down to the marina, where there is another public beach and it looked OK if that's your thing. Again, had I realised just how inaccessible the actual sea and beach were going to be, I would have booked elsewhere. Lastly. the top of the resort is surrounded by what I can only describe as a prison-fence, to stop you getting onto the cliffs that go down to the beach..so forget about any charming sea-view selfies from the grounds Speaking of sea-view..we booked a partial sea-view room and our first room had no view of the sea at all..our replacement room (once the TUI rep agreed our original should not have been sold as a partial sea-view) was better with a very much partial sea view, but again, you're a long way from the sea, so don't expect to hear the sea lapping onto the shore Regarding the room itself..it was very well equipped with a huge bed, well equipped bathroom with an equally huge shower and tons of wardrobe space. Cleaning was excellent However, the aircon is woeful and we couldn't get our room below 27 degrees C which was OK during the day but uncomfortable at night..even with the ceiling fan in operation. Also, our room didn't really have an effective rain shower..possibly due to water pressure, so we had to use the handheld showerhead Bottom line..it's a modern, well-run hotel, with decent food and friendly staff. Lots of fish on the menu, a bit of a disappointing location, no beach, a prison fence and lots of German guests and facilities (most of whom were very pleasant) We did enjoy our week there, but would not return, as we like beach access and not having to worry about whether we will be charged for drinks in an all-inclusive hotel.
