“Fantastic holiday ”

Just home from a weeks holiday with the family,had a fantastic week.The hotel is amazing spotless clean the staff can't do enough for you.The pool area is spotless and nice and relaxing we would definitely return to this hotel. And also recommend it.

Had a great family holiday here, the kids club staff were fantastic with the kids and all other staff members were great too, drinks were good food was lovely bit could do with a few theme nights maybe but I did only eat outwith the hotel 2 nights out of 10, the rooms are spacious but my sofa bed... more

Had a great family holiday here, the kids club staff were fantastic with the kids and all other staff members were great too, drinks were good food was lovely bit could do with a few theme nights maybe but I did only eat outwith the hotel 2 nights out of 10, the rooms are spacious but my sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable so I would go for a 2 bedroom if you need it, If I go back to Portugal I will defo stay in the patio suite again

“A hidden little gem with everything a family needs”

A clean hotel, recently refurbished, very helpful and friendly staff. Check in was so easy and smooth. A clean hotel, recently refurbished, very helpful and friendly staff. Check in was so easy and smooth. Rooms are a little tired looking, our patio door didn’t lock but on 4th floor wasn’t worried about it. Corridors feel like school corridors, perhaps need some plants or something to liven up? We were originally given a room on the first floor, but due to the noise from the patio cafe area and the continuous smell of smoke coming to our room and balcony (I don’t smoke and am an asthmatic so didn’t want this all holiday) so we asked to move rooms, well immediately after reporting it the problem was sorted, the following day we moved rooms. We felt that the cafe patio area should be closed when the bar closes, there is space inside to talk and not disturb other guests. The only gripe I have with the rooms is the noise from the upstairs of scraping on the floor, perhaps some leg softeners on the bottom would help? Food: plenty of choices even for myself and my daughter who are very fussy eaters. Well done to all the kitchen and restaurant staff, again everything so clean and tidy. Even though we were closest to the adult pool, we preferred the North pool as there was a nice breeze there and more of a holiday feel, although the bar isn’t open as long, but we still preferred that pool.and vibe. The South pool is enclosed by the hotel so can get very hot with no breeze. The hotel has a free shuttle service to the beach, perfect as you can come and go as often as you like. Ubers are very useful and a lot cheaper than other taxis. Apart from a couple of noise issues, my family and I couldn’t my fault this hotel. From check to leaving, everything made it such an easy holiday. Thank you to all the staff 👏

We had a great stay at the Patio Suites. Check in was smooth & we were located on the 1 st floor overlooking the north pool, which was perfect & great for the evening sun on the balcony. Apartment was spacious & comfortable with a great shower. We were all inclusive & the food was tasty especially the Pizza, salads and the cakes were amazing. We downloaded the uber app & would recommend, so easy to use. We had a problem with the door not locking for 5 days/nights. Reception staff were always helpful, but on reflection we feel that a manager should have contacted us to address the ongoing problem.
