My friend and I had an absolutely brilliant stay here. We chose the bed and breakfast option, and the breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices that were regularly replenished. The staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient. Our room included a kitchenette, which was very convenient for preparing snacks and lunches with items we bought from the nearby SPAR. The pool area had plenty of sunbeds, so there was no need to rush out early to reserve one. Our room was serviced daily, with fresh towels provided in the bathroom, which was a nice touch. Upon arrival, we paid a 100-euro deposit for our room, which has been fully refunded since we returned home. If you want to use the hotel’s towels, you need to pay a 20-euro deposit to the spa, but you can exchange these towels as often as you like. We found this very handy as we used our towels daily for the pool and beach. At the end of our holiday, we returned the towels and received our deposit back. We had no complaints about this hotel whatsoever.

“Hotel close to strip - would recommend staying here.”

Lovely hotel. About a 10/15 minute walk to the strip and beach. Sunbathing area was nice and so was the pool. Room was spacious. balcony a tad small but still a good size. Lovely hotel. About a 10/15 minute walk to the strip and beach. Sunbathing area was nice and so was the pool. Room was spacious. balcony a tad small but still a good size. A wee bit of a drive to the old town (can easily hail a taxi, also having uber there was a godsend with an uber costing less than £4 each time). Food was a good quality and alcohol was a decent price. Also surrounded by great restaurants and bars that you could easily spend your night at if you didn't want to go to the busy strip.

I would give a 3.5 score for the following reasons. First impression, not an exciting location but lovely inside. Suite was lovely, most of the staff, friendly and those doing the rooms excellent job! Pool bar and hotel bar staff excellent too apart from couple of young guys who weren't friendly or obliging including one who on our last night refused to serve 2 cocktails to us at 11.45 because they closed at 12 but gave us 2 ciders! Main issue is they give you a list of rules which are all reasonable but many are broken. Namely towels on best loungers (left mainly by a wedding party) when you would go to the pool after 9am. And being a music lover, I would welcome hearing background music at the pool but was caught between 2 different groups, with their Bluetooth speakers at the highest volume and pretty blue language with small kids around. I know this probably makes me sound like an old fogey, I'm not and I feel there should be staff there checking this out as they had to be aware. It spoiled what should have been a fabulous holiday but we still enjoyed ourselves. 10 mins walk from Strip, about same to drive to old town. Both are crazy but pubs around the hotel bit too quiet. Good restaurants though. On balance did enjoy our holiday but wouldn't go back.

Overall the hotel was good value for money if you’re not looking to spend a lot but want an accommodation that’s clean, with a good location. The receptionist that checked us in was by far one of the rudest people that I’ve ever met. Very belittling to myself and the other members of my group. When we asked about the €100 per room deposit that we weren’t advised of before hand, we said we had no problem paying it we just weren’t notified prior to travel. She said it doesn’t matter who you are, your age or 80 everyone pays. We never had any issues with paying, we were a little surprised as we weren’t aware of it and discussing the best way to pay as some wanted to pay cash and others card. During checked in we asked if we could be told if a room becomes available earlier could we have our rooms earlier, we were again told it doesn’t matter if we’re our age or 80 everyone waits till 4pm. So I asked that’s fine, is there a room to leave our bags? To which I was told first I do your check in then I answer your question. Literally would have taken less time to say yes! After all this we were told we could come early for our room, we were told if we came back in an hour one of the rooms may be available so I don’t know why the check in process had to be so awkward. One morning my friend asked this particular staff if she could change her €20 euro note for smaller bills. The staff said well only if it’s real. It was just so rude. We understand in any business they check money is real but to flat out say that to us was wild. The wardrobes in the room the doors didn’t open properly, so you couldn’t use them. The dividers to separate the bed space from the living area the same. The second room, my friends had to change their key cards over 10 times because it would stop working. The public areas are beautiful and the pool is lovely, all be it a little small. There is no atmosphere at the pool though, no music or anything it’s just silent. Besides one afternoon they randomly had a singer by the pool bar as everyone was leaving at the end of the day? The maids cleaned the apartments every day, they were always immaculate. Just a lot of little things let this hotel down. I’d go back to this area again, but I would avoid this hotel.
