The staff are very welcoming and helpful when you check in and the rooms we had were beautifully decorated and comfortable . The breakfasts in the morning are superb with a great variety of different foods you can help yourself to , from cereal , yogurts and fresh fruit to a serve yourself cooked breakfast . The staff at breakfast by the pool bar area are friendly and helpful , plus there are wonderful views over the old town . The location is excellent , with great bars and restaurants within walking distance . The only downside is the music they play from early in the morning by the swimming pool and bar , the R & B /rave dance music and loud volume is more appropriate for a night club in Ibiza at one o'clock in the morning , and the volume gets pumped up by the bar staff as the day goes on , you can barely concentrate to read a book , let alone have a conversation . In the whole ten days we were there I never saw one person tap their foot to the music let alone dance to it . It spoilt the holiday , but luckily there were lots of places nearby we could go to to spend our money on lovely food and drink . Don't get me wrong I love music and it was great to see some of the live acts in local bars at night time , but despite the many good qualities of the hotel and staff it is unlikely we will return as we all prefer to chill out by the pool when we are sunbathing during the day .

The main entrance is up a steep hill and once you finally can find it you can use the lower entrance onto the Main Street with a keycard. Location is very central but you pay the price with the lack of sleep. Music plays till 4am and starts again at 9am. Yep loud music for breakfast. If you enjoy any sort of privacy then this is not for you, glass shower room and a toilet room. Not heavily frosted so you can literally see everything. It might as well have no door and just a toilet in the room. They’ve gone for modern look over practicality. No bed side lockers. Very little space for clothes. Quirky hotel with swings in the hallway and net seating area by the small pool. All about design and trendiness not usefulness.
