Excellent customer service and the hotel is super Clean and modern. Very conveniently located on the old town strip with plenty of options for restaurants and bars. I love that it was adults only because the rooftop was very relaxing and played great music to unwind and have a couple of drinks. We arrived on June 7th and we absolutely loved the front desk female employee who works the morning shifts. She was absolutely amazing and made sure we were able to unload our luggage from the car with no problem. Made our stay a breeze throughout the time we were there as well. We will definitely stay here again soon. We plan on returning. We had a blast in Albufeira. Did not want to return back to NYC.

My partner and I both aged 43, have just returned yesterday from our first visit. We were there for 11 nights. I’d read the reviews and taken plastic coat hangers with me, but honestly, if we’d taken the right amount of clothes instead of overpacking, the storage would have been more than adequate, a safe, 2 large drawers and an open-style wardrobe. There was also a little fridge which we used to store small bottles of water/sangria/custard tarts as required. The room and indeed the hotel were predominantly white, beautifully decorated and fresh and clean feeling/smelling. We were in room 410 which had a large walk in shower and a balcony with a table and chairs. It also had a Nespresso machine and each time the room was cleaned they gave us 2 pods which was a nice touch. The hotel is keycard entry, lift is keycard operated so is very secure. For all this is a trendy hotel it’s very peaceful and serene to walk around. The pool area has lovely views, a bar, and music playing and is also very clean, the hotel supply big towels for loungers. The strip outside is very lively with lots of different bars but the rooms are pretty soundproof, so it’s just a constant low buzz of noise rather than ear piercing sounds. We slept soundly at night and if we did wake up for any reason, didn’t find it hard to go back to sleep, as we live by a beach at home and the seagulls at home are 100x more annoying than anything at this hotel. The hotel is located next to a Spar, with an attached shop which sells everything you could ever need, a 2-3 minute walk from the beach, a 25 minute walk to the marina and you can walk to the strip at New Town in about 40 mins . If you don’t like walking it’s really easy to get an Uber or there is also a little tourist train you can pay for daily. We visited Zoomarine, went on a trip from the Marina to see the Benagil Caves and dolphin spotting, played mini golf and went to the archaeological museum, and the Sacred Art museum which were all easily accessed from the hotel, as were the countless restaurants and bars. The spa is nice too, I didn’t have treatments just used the Turkish bath and the water circuit and felt relaxed after all the walking we did. I really loved my stay here, my partner doesn’t see the point of staying the same place twice so I’m already planning to bring a friend so I can come back!
