We did have an amazing stay overhere! It began already with the welcoming from Pedro, so enthusiastic and hospital! We felt welcome right away. We were very early, but without asking Pedro called the housekeeping to check if there was almost an apartment ready and we were lucky there was one ready! This is just amazing pro-active service. Due to this we could enjoy the Algarve for a full extra day, thanks to Pedro and the housekeeping team! During our stay Pedro gave us serveral recommendations with regards to sightseeing and local restaurants. All was perfect and we really enjoyed it. Every morning he was standing there with a smile to help us out, fantastic! The apartment was shortly cleaned everyday, which made coming home comfortable. Big compliment to the housekeeping. The apartment has everything you need and we did even have a backyard. The atmosphere was very laid back at the swimming pool and always space to lay down. We will definitely come back in August/September! Thanks everyone. Beau & Erik.

“Excellent stay”
The ceghona country club is situated just inside villamoura, so driving to the coast is about 15 minutes. Therefore would recommend having a car. The ceghona country club is situated just inside villamoura, so driving to the coast is about 15 minutes. Therefore would recommend having a car. If you do it is really well located for easily visiting villamoura and albufeira. We stayed in a premium apartment, which had bifold doors out onto a private patio and garden .The pictures on the website are very accurate and the quality of the accommodation superb. It is not a large site, so very peaceful with only the frogs and birds making a noise. Unexpectedly each evening, staff delivered a box of breakfast for next day. This was not listed on our booking and was a welcome surprise. A few hundred yards away was a nature reserve which was lovely to have a stroll around too. Overall, and experimental place and all the staff super friendly too. We will stay again

Absolutely loved this place. We booked a suite which was a well equipped and spacious apartment with cooking facilities, living/dining room and large garden area. The complex was incredibly tranquil and the grounds immaculate. Breakfast was free and the food superb. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn't take part in any of the free activities but there were plenty to enjoy if you have time. The small fitness area was nice but would benefit from some air con/fans, additionally some of the equipment required maintenance. The complex is located a couple of miles from Vilamoura marina so you would probably need a car, it can be walked but will take about 45 minutes.

We stayed for a week self catering at the end of February in a 1 bed apartment with balcony. The room sizes were good with lots of storage but have seen better days. Kitchen well equipped with full size fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave and even a dishwasher (we didn’t use this as no tables/soap was provided and it wasn’t worth buying a box of them). There was a single tea towel provided but no washing up liquid, pan scrubber or dish cloth but being used to self catering I always take these just in case. Only thing missing was that there were no wine glasses only 4 water tumblers which was a shame. We were told on checking out that they aren’t supplied due to breakages but we could have asked at reception for them. There was a TV but the 2 English channels mentioned in the apartment info pack of BBC and ITV did not receive signal. I did mention this at reception on day 2 but nothing was done - not a big issue but a bit of TV on an evening would have been nice. We did have to ask for extra bedding after first night as we were too cold and that was provided promptly. We both found the beds way too hard sadly. There was also a fair amount of road noise we weren’t expecting but not too bad. Also sadly the jetted pool was empty and the accommodation was mostly empty so it all seemed a bit lifeless but that’s probably the time of year. You do need a car as there is nothing around there to walk to in terms of bars or eateries. Staff were friendly and I would go back but when there was more life around.
