On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

Only got here yesterday and was upgraded straight away by louis ( a really nice sound guy and talked about football making me feel at ease with him straight away) and was i really happy with what I saw after walking into the huge apartment. Nice & clean with more or less everything you need for a self catering. Supermarkets just down the road & plenty of shops amenities etc. only my 2nd day so will update later

Location is excellent for 'Northern Soul Algarve' event. Around the corner is Pingo Doce excellent supermarket, that has a canteen with home cooked food, bakery & a deli. Shops & shopping centre nearby. Bathroom is great, water pressure is high, hot water is great. Kitchen well equiped. We were given washing up stuff. We used coffee perculator. Swimming pool is lovely. Staff quite friendly can get you cheap taxis to surrounding towns. Wifi too strong for me we switched off our router, used wifi from adjacent apartment. Bed is narrow & creaky
