It is so hard to sum up how awesome this place is!? We came as parents with our 10 year old daughter, there were younger kids activities for her, older kids things she could get involved with, and adults games that were chill, super easy to join, and loads of fun! The entertainment team are FANTASTIC! They let you chill if you like, but always up for a laugh if you're game! We honestly could not have had a better holiday :) it's so hard to give a shout out to any particular members of staff, because EVERYONE, from the cleaning crew, pool side guys, bar staff, restaurant guys, ents crew, managers, reception folks - literally the whole 3HB team were AMAZING! I have never left review before, but could not leave this holiday without a massive thank you for making our family holiday memories so, very special :) eternally grateful, until next time x

“Lovely hotel, would recommend”

We checked in late due to our plane being delayed and the member of staff on reception was warm and friendly. All the staff here are excellent, the cleaning staff do a fantastic job. The animation team are friendly and the children were comfortable around them. The bar staff and restaurant staff are attentive and management and reception staff were also fab. Rooms are big, clean and spacious. We stayed in block 7. Our balcony didn’t get sun in morning, we were offered an alternative but as had started to unpack we declined. Food was good and choice available although I personally found it abit samey as i don’t eat fish. Pizza was delicious and they have themed nights a few days of the week. The Mexican night food was lovely. Drinks were also good. The splash park is ace. My 9 and 10 year old enjoyed the slides. One thing to note, you can’t take large inflatables into the pool, just swimming aids. All in all, the hotel is fantastic and I would recommend staying here if you are considering a family holiday in this area. Location was good, walking distance to shops and local beach. We hired a car and drove to albufeira old town, lovely to visit but glad we stayed in this quieter area.

What a great place to stay with family and young children. We have just had a 7 night stay with our son and daughter-in-law’s young family, 3 year old and 4 months and had a great time. The hotel is geared for family’s and felt safe and secure for children to enjoy freedom to explore. The dining was 1st class buffet with a great selection which changed regularly each day. The accommodation set up for family use and functional. Well done all at the hotel 👌

“Brilliant holiday in Portugal”

We had fab time at this hotel and would definitely recommend. Apartment rooms were huge. Almost double the space compared with our hotel last year which was much more expensive. Aircon worked well and WiFi was surprisingly good. Didn’t have to fight for sunbeds which made a pleasant change. We did pay for a pool view but mostly got trees in F block. Pool facing is more noisy at night so if you have young kids stay round the back. Restaurant was very good. Loads of choice even for a very fussy eater like me! There’s always 2 meat 2 fish, veggie options, 2 pasta, pizza and kids buffet like burgers/ chips/ chicken/ fish/ meatballs. Breakfast was great too, my son loved fresh pancakes and the fresh donuts were SO GOOD! Self serve drinks which we don’t mind. Loads of choice for kids. Also you can get food from the snack bar for lunch or an early tea for younger kids. It’s mostly the same food each day whereas the restaurant has great variety. The staff are really brilliant and the place is spotlessly clean. We had a medical issue one evening and Crystal was wonderfully helpful and calmed my son down. Loved the laundry room. I know that’s sad but I love getting all the washing done on holiday so I don’t have a mountain when I get home! My son enjoyed the games room and the teens club where he played video games in the afternoon to escape the sunshine and hang out with other kids. The onsite water park is good too although lots of people take a day trip to Aqua Show Waterpark. There’s a football pitch which you can book for an hour and lots of kids activities if they want to join in. My pre teen was not interested but did enjoy playing football. Free bottled water daily- just ask at reception and would definitely recommend the massages at the spa hut.. Location is really good. 5-10 mins walk down to a lovely beach. 15-20 mins down to another beach. We enjoyed the clifftop walks and walked for miles. There’s a big supermarket 10 mins walk away and other smaller ones closer. We used Uber and Bolt to get around to Algarve Shopping / Vilamoura/ Albufeira/ Quartiera. We also used it to get to and from the airport as we heard coach drop offs could take ages. It meant we could get breakfast on our last morning instead of being picked up at 7am. I’d definitely go back here and will recommend to anyone that asks for somewhere great to stay in Portugal. For the price it hugely exceeded my expectations :)
