“Amazing staff - noisy place”

Staff is super nice!!! We can’t highlight that enough. Especially want to give a shoutout to Sam in the breakfast restaurant- she goes the extra mile every single morning! Lots of smiles and lots of help - a general experience in Agadir. Breakfast menu is good (no more, no less) and rooms are above decent with aircon, mini fridge, safe and bathroom amenities. Absolutely beautiful settings and an awesome pool. Great location, 10 min. from the beach with lots of restaurants around. Very clean and well-maintained. A bit of rebuilding since the recent photos of the pool area, but for the better. However….please be aware that ‘Adult’ doesn’t mean sleeping or quiet-time by the pool - it means ‘fit for party’. All day throughout the night, you’ll be ‘enjoying’ hardcore club music. The pool area is a public restaurant/nightclub from around 17-02 and it’s very well visited in those hours. On top of that you have a few other venues in the building. The daytime poolmusic was the main problem for us! Even if you are the only person by the pool, they will insist playing dance-music (week 41 there were more staff than guests during the day…usually only the two of us). Daily we had to ask DJ to turn it down. We are oldies that just wanna read a book and snooze in the sun. Would have been acceptable if a bunch of guests was present to party or it was gentle music, but it is only fit for party-hardy and we were alone. If you book balcony, you will have direct view to (and noise from) the party. We were on the side of the building and managed to sleep with earplugs. Also - neighbour hotel are very noisy too, but ofc that can’t be helped. Using onsite restaurant is very expensive (around 5 eur coffee), but drinks can be brought from outside. We loved the majority of this stay, but will not be coming back due to the music. Main problem is that this noisy party-setting is not advertised properly in the description. You can actually request a quiet room during booking, but there is no such thing during the night :)

The hotel is generally good. Staff were helpful, lobby was ok, breakfast was good, room was clean and in good condition. The hotel located few minutes walking to the beach, and within walking distance to restaurant, money exchange, mini market, and others. The only thing that I didn’t like is the instability of shower temperature.

If you are looking for a relaxing holiday and taking in the sun and culture, this hotel is not for you. The hotel staff are fabulous and the room is comfortable and clean. The pool is beautiful But This hotel is known for loud music and party’s till the early hours. Every day! We asked for a room away from the pool are and this was a blessing as didn’t get to frustrated with the loud party music. During the day the music is also loud and can be distracting. The breakfast is ok. You have freshly cooked omelette which are nice Location is great. Near the beach and restaurants and bars. All of which we enjoyed. If you like party, definitely the hotel for you. If not, maybe check out some other hotels.

The Hotel itself is clean and tidy, some parts a bit worn and tired needs a bit of a refresh, the staff are amazing, friendly, polite and nothing is too much trouble, the waiters, cooks and cleaners are so great and not acknowledged as they should be, a big shout out to Abdul (waiter) Yussef (consiage) they were fantastic and so helpful, All the cleaners did so much as alot of the guest trashed their balconies and would let the cleaners in to clear it all up (disgusting behaviour), The hotel was not for us, we wanted to go home after 1 day, the music at pool side would finish at 1ish and then people were disappearing into a do that said private and by day was where the staff collected supplies for the kitchen ect but by night some sort of private partying and then the guest from that would come out noisy and play loud music in their rooms until 6-6.30am, Hookah was the craze everyone came to the hotel for, no other entertainment, sun loungers were extra charge, if your into all night party's its definitely for you,
