“Friendly staff and fab beachside location ”

Had a great holiday at this beachside hotel and got surf lessons at the surf academy a 1 minute walk from the hotel . Staff were happy and helpful. Had a great holiday at this beachside hotel and got surf lessons at the surf academy a 1 minute walk from the hotel . Staff were happy and helpful. Especially Oussama, Samir and all the entertainment team helped make our stay enjoyable. Food is lovely especially the Asian and moroccon themed restaurants and we have never had such a tasty and varied food offering from the main buffet restaurant It's contact to get around and the promenade by the beach outside really suited our elderly parents

The hotel was beautiful very clean with very friendly staff, the reception area is lovely and big with plenty of places to sit and have a drink. The bar area was lovely especially the seating outside with a view of the sea, the grounds where kept tidy and always looked nice, the rooms where lovely big spacious modern and clean, the beds where very hard which was a problem as couldn’t sleep well, but asking the reception staff they had mattress toppers on which helped. The entertainment staff where excellent and done some very good shows but could do with more outside entertainment through the night as they have a big theatre that is only used for about 1 hour and 30 minutes nights where a bit disappointing after the shows as there was nothing else, entertainment started at 9 was finished by 10 could do with something from 7.30, otherwise not bad at all. Now the really bad point THE FOOD, it was awful which I believe is not down to the chefs it whoever made the menu’s up the food was tasteless and I found it very hard to eat, so ended up losing weight and hardly eating at all. They served pork and bacon which really shocked me being a Muslim country and mostly English dishes which was very disappointing, I went to Morocco to eat Moroccan food I have stayed at another hotel in Agadir and the food was brilliant traditional Moroccan food not English food I’m sorry if you think you have to cater for English people but my view is if your going to Morocco you should eat Moroccan food if not don’t go there felt more like being in Benidorm the hotel in the programme not Morocco did let the hotel down and speaking to other English guest they felt the same, I felt so sorry for the chefs and staff they have to go against their beliefs to cook pork shame on the owners not that the staff complained they where great
